[Essentials] Pokemon Master Legend (Working Title)

Hello Community, this is an ad for the game I'm making, Pokémon Master Legends (working title). I always wondered what a Pokémon game would be like if you had someone traveling with you. Plot outline:

You play as a Pokémon trainer who aims to be the strongest trainer in the world. However after a certain incident years prior, grew to lose faith in humanity, but has a strangely deep connection with Pokémon. In the present day, an aspiring trainer named Allison from Twinleaf Town desires power in order to find someone that's been missing all her life, leading her to taking up the Pokémon League challenge. These two trainers decide to work together to accomplish their respective goals. Yet, what if the power they wished for isn't what they wanted it to be. The overall theme of this game is exploration and friendship, dealing with the best, worst and everything in between. It's about how one trainer is apathetic towards people, yet hates the unfair and unreasonable. While the other hates the world for taking something away from her. It's a story about how one trainer learns to trust people again and how the other learns to love the world again.

Writer: To help flesh out story points, fix plot holes, assist in making fun side quests that expand upon the world at large.
Coder: This isn't a specialty of mine, so having a coder or two familiar with essentials and how to do stuff would be a big help.
Artist: For the purpose of any applicable graphics needed.
Mapper: I can admit my maps are bad, so I need someone who can make good maps that encourage exploration while retaining the original idea.
Eventer: Someone with more experience than me would be preferable.
Sprite artist: Might apply under artist, but if you can make Pokémon and trainer sprites that would be a big help.

Every region from Kanto to Galar reimagined while also including the Orange Islands and expanding on the Sevii Islands.

Original story centering on 2 protagonists, 1 male and 1 female, as well as a mix of battle modes.

Friendship system allowing you to team up with more trainers throughout your adventure.

Ability to capture all Pokémon however encounters will be far and few between. As such, there will be rewards as you fill in the Pokedex.

Built in challenges like Nuzlockes, prof oak's challenge, 1 Pokémon only challenge, etc.

New variations of existing Pokémon (ex: new mega evolutions).

Customizable Player Characters.

Ability to have multiple save files.

Following Pokémon.

Pokémon Stat/move pool rework. Natures will be removed so every Pokémon can reach their max potential.

Side Quests and features like Pokémon contests or other minigames if you get bored of battling.

Z-Moves*.

Dynamax*.

Day/Night/season cycle.

Semi-open world.

removal of HMs for ease of exploration, however certain moves may still be used in the fields to get to more out of the way areas.

Field Effects and in battle move combinations to turn the tides of battle in your favor.

And much more.
