Pokemon movie

    Hey guys how would you feel about a pokemon move. Would you go see it. Now, I'm not talkin an animated movie. I'm talkin about a movie w/ real locations, actual actors, and CGI real life looking pokemon, that are still recognizeable from their animated to real life appearence. tell me what you guys think

    I personally think it'd be pretty cool, but what do u think?

    It sounds expensive...unless they cast Zac Efron as Ash, in which case they'd get it all back on opening night.

    If they hired a bunch of nobodys, I'd be kinda interested. But I'd wait for the DVD because I'm not really a fan of CGI stuff, and it would have to be PERFECT for me not to burst out laughing when the first Pokemon appeared. :P
     
    No, this would end up something like that bad Dragonball movie.
    Also, there would be no way to portray certain Pokemon realistically in live-action.

    Seriously, how do you make an actor look like the person from an anime? You can't. >_>

    Space Jam and that other Bugs Bunny movie were cool because all the originally animated things (like Bugs) were still animated in the same way, it was just that everything else was not. Or the other way around for Space Jam.

    but yeah, this would officially suck. A transfer to a different type f animation, similar to Toy Story or Shrek might be interesting but live action would fail so badly that the cinemas would get burned down.
     
    Okay this may sound nda funny at first. Let me broaden this. The pokemon are discovered and a civilization on Kanto island is formed. The pokemon would either be CGI or really good lookin anamatronic puppets, who move really good. They would either actually look like the pokemon cartoons do, like w/ latex skinand fur covering them, or brought to a more animal looking appearence. The story would either be the story of Ash and his friends, or a story about an older trainer(like 15 or 16) before Ash's time. So you gotta think outside the box.

    I can't actually imagin a real-life Pokemon movie o.O Woah.
