Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Justice and Corruption

Wigglytuff and his remaining guild members were fleeing from Rayquza and his Corruption Guild, after going on a dangerous expedition to infiltrate the heart of the Corruption Guild's headquarters to find the plans to the Corruption machine that Rayquza intends to use to corrupt the whole region to his personal image in hopes of finding a weakness. Wigglytuff and his Guild succeeded in finding these plans after searching for 3 weeks deep into enemy territory. They found that the only way to repel the Corruption machine is to find the 5 pillars of Justice. According to theories the 5 pillars could not only dismiss the machines power, but destroy the machine and transform anyone corrupted back to their ordinary selves once again.

"I can't go further!" groaned Bidoof to his remaining Guild members. Chatot snapped back at him, "You have to, or Rayquza's Guild would catch up to us. I certainly don't want to go through that again!" Wigglytuff, followed by Sunflora and Exploud, were ahead of Bidoof, Quickly the young explorer dashed to the group in an attempt to keep up with them. Chatot glided through the air and kept an eye on things in case of an ambush. After running for an hour straight, Wigglytuff called for a quick rest. Exploud sitting and looking at the ground, while Sunflora was in tears for loss of the newly deceased Guild members, Bidoof, Chatot, and Wigglytuff got out some food from Wigglytuffs treasure bag. The Pokemon settled in to a solemn meal.

"I can't believe they're gone! Diglet… Chimecho… Corphish… Dugtrio… Croagunk…They're just gone!" wept Sunflora. Exploud just said to himself "Diglet, your sacrfice, along with the others, will not be in vain. I swear it!" "Ok! Rests over. It's time to move out!" Wigglytuff ordered. This time they kept a steady pace instead of running and had to start a small conversation to dispel the silence, "Bidoof, I think we owe it all to you for using that Luminous Orb to help us escape from being executed, as well as throwing all those stun seeds at the corrupted Pokemon," complemented Chatot, "Gee thanks." blushed Bidoof as they walked. "Ok I think it'll take about a few days to get back to the guild, so we need to reserve our food in order to survive." announced Wigglytuff as he peeped into the treasure bag. In any other situation, the rationing of food would be very nerve racking on the team, but there was an unfortunate excess of food for them with the loss of half the original pokemon on the team.

2 weeks later:

The Guild was quieter then ever before. Even more silent than when it first started, and all meetings were held in whispers. Wigglytuff launched a desperate plan to recruit new members for the guild. Applicants included survivors of treasure town as well as travelers and refugees who came from areas already corrupted by Raquzza's greedy ambitions. The newest members of the guild were the cousin of the now deceased Diglett, Gastly replacing Chimecho, Krabby replacing Corphishh, another Croagunt replacing his predecessor . These new members devoted themselves to hunting down Pokemon spreading corruption, even if it meant the cost of their own lives.
Meanwhile, Rayquza continued to search for the Corruption machine freely as he controlled the skies and most of the region with an iron fist



One morning, Wigglytuff made an announcement to his guild mates. "We need more members to start our expedition. The expedition will be based on finding the 5 pillars of Justice and destroy the Corruption machine. This will enable the region to return to normal. Now, Chatot will take over the rest of the briefing." Wigglytuff sat down in his chair at the head of the table, allowing his officer to do the rest of the talking, "Yes thank you Guild Master. Unlike other expeditions where we select a few explorers, we will be taking the whole Guild with us to find the pillars, We'll search as one whole team as these are dangerous times, Don't get too excited just yet. we still need more members for the Guild to start this exploration and today's job is to work through the crowds of townsfolk undetected and recruit as many to our cause as possible"

At the headquarters of Corruption Guild, Raqueeza had a similar meeting, "Guild members of Corruption, recently our Guild was infiltrated by those who oppose us. We managed to destroy all but five of them, dwindling their numbers to a fraction of what it was!" Announced the leader of Corruption. "We still seek the legendary Corruption machine and corrupt all inhabitants of this land! We must get to the machine before Wigglytuff's Guild gets all those Pillars, meaning we need to split up into 2 teams. One will find the machine with me, and the other team stopping Wigglytuff will be led by Absol. Also, as of today, there will be some new members joining our ranks."

Plot:

It has been 5 years since time was restored into the region. Many believed it was the end to bad Pokemon., but the were shortly proven wrong. The legendary Sky Pokemon Rayquza watched over the skies and once witnessed the power of Dialga. Jealously Inspired by what potential the legendary Pokemon had, the Sky Pokemon decided instead of controlling time he would spread corruption to far away places. Rayquza forcefully took charge over all pokemon by either forcing them to work for him or bribing good Pokemon with infinite. The corruption soon spread to around the borders of Treasure town. Upon his arrival, Rayquza made it clear that would corrupt all with the corruption machine!

Desperately, Wigglytuff started an expedition to infiltrate Rayquza's guild and find anything that could defeat the machine. The Guild set off, and were either captured by the corrupt, or were executed while trying to escape. It ended with only 5 explorers returning from the journey with a small piece of information. There were supposedly 5 pillars of Justice that could negate the machines power and restore the region to its once beautiful state.



Rules: (Read before applying)

1. No Cussing, Profanity, etc. We want everyone to feel comfortable. If this rule is broken punishment will not be light….. well the only punishment there is to kick the offender out!


2.Proper grammar and language, spelling is appreciated



3. The post must at least once a Paragraph.



4. When wanting to talk Out of Character(OOC) go to the OCC Thread.



5. Big Rule, NO GODMODDING. So no always defeating the enemy or winning against some super power full Pokemon all by yourself. Or controlling someone else NPC or another player.



6. Relationships are allowed, but please no sexual acts. Your allowed to fall in love with a another Pokemon and have an egg but don't describe it broadly just make it an announcement when the whole guild's here. The egg has to be with a parent at all times! It will take about 9 posts from each parent so 18 posts in total. Once the baby is born, the parent who took the egg the most names the newborn while the parent that spent less time with the egg has to take the baby with them everywhere.

8. STAY ACTIVE so about 2 posts a week. You can have more if you like



7. No one can be a legendary pokemon or shiny, only 1st forms are allowed but you can evolve during the Rp by stone or some special event.

[Jason Wolf]

Name: Jerico

Species: charmander

Gender: Male

Appearance: Jerico's flame on his tail is blue and his skin is a black instead of orange (same as shiny charizard skin)

Personality: Jerico is extremely curious. he loves a good mystery or puzzle. he also enjoys an advisary that can compeate with his metal prowless. he is a young pokemon and is mischevious. he battles using stratigey and overwhelming tricks. Jerico isn't evil, but he is so rejected that he has rejected everyone else.

Move set: ember, dig, shadow punch, earthquake (see history)

Faction: Corruption

History: he was rejected due to his odd dark color. this led him to join the corruption faction. while he was still new to the faction one of the other members taught him how to do the powerful move earthquake, but Jerico wasn't able to master it. when he uses the move he often can't control it and the move can backfire and injure him. Jerico tries to be strong and follow the example of the other members, but he's still young and inexpireinced.


Items: Jerico carries oran berries for the rare times he gets hit and also two or three vanish seeds to help him sneak up on enemies.

 

[Nakuzami]

Name: Cinder

Species: Cyndaquil

Gender: Male

Appearance: (Refer to the Cyndaquil in signature)

Personality: Likes to study people before he acts. Somewhat Timid but very couragous in a spot of danger or in the heat of battle.

Move set: Flamethrower, Swift, Flame Wheel, Smokescreen

Faction: Justice

History: Most of his friends and some of his family fell to Rayquaza's corruption. He vowed to do justice and free his loved ones from the evil of the Corruption. After awhile he joined Wigglytuff's Guild, knowing he could not do this on his own.

Items: Mainly Oran Berries and Quick seeds

 

[Ethan Gold]

Name: Kaiser

Species: Minun

Gender: Male

Appearance: Looks like a normal Minun but has a black scarf.

Personality: Usually short tempered, rude and hasty. When he is not angry he shows redeeming qualities but he is rarely seen in an emotion other than angry.

Move set: Thunderbolt, Rage, Growl, Headbutt

Faction: Justice

History: The Angry Minun used to be a wealthy leader of an exploration team until Rayquaza destroyed his house, killed his teammates and stole his possessions. This made him fill up with rage that he joined Wigglytuff's guild to get revenge.

Items: Mainly Oran Berries and Peacha Berries.

 

[Rainbow-Sasuke]

Name: Scar

Species: Eevee

Gender: Male

Appearance: An Eevee with a scar on it's right eye and a light tint of green to it's body.

Personality: Quick, agile, majestic, headstrong and powerful.

Move set: Shadow Ball, Crunch, Trump Card and Thunderbolt

Faction: Justice

History: He was beaten by a group of thug Sneasels when he was 9 and when he was 10 he ran away.

Items: Sitrus Berries and Joy Ribbons.

Ok looks like you all have been accepted by abiding my SU rule but looking for more corruption but Justice will do. I myself will be playing as Sparky the Pikachu of the Justice and Blaze the Blazekin of the Corruption I'll be acting as a mentor giving out missions and helping you guys do the stuff.

[Silver enseron]

Name: Silver

Species: Lavitar

Gender: Male

Appearance: Normal looking Lavitar but instead of orange on his stomach it is Silver( reason for his name )

Personality: Rushes in first and asks questions later, does things his way and tends to talk back and tends to work alone.

Move set: Dark Pulse, Iron Head, Dragon Dance, Outrage

Faction: Corruption

History: When he was born he was given the name of Silver for the color of his stomach, though he had caring parents he was growing up to be rash, violent and never listening. He pushed himself from the normal Pokemon not wanting anything to do with them, wanting to play tricks on them, hurting them and just in general terrorizing them. It was one day while he was in a town that a member from the corruption guild observed his methods and asked if he would like to join. Silver gladly accepted because it meant he could do even more then what he was doing now!

Items: A sitrus berry, and 2 oran berries, 2 violent seeds and has a power band equipped.

 

[D. Lawride]

Name: 'Chunk'

Species: Shinx

Gender: Male

Appearance: An ordinary Shinx save for a missing chunk of his right ear (apparently bitten off) and a few bandages on the same side's hinder paw.

Personality: Silent and distant, but quick to act; he won't question what he's told for fearing the consequences (the history tells why), thus following every order with precision.

Move set: Thunder Fang, Quick Attack, Spark, Charge

Faction: Corruption

History: Chunk was forced to join the Corruption guild after his area was raided and his family, imprisoned. If he were to even doubt what side he fought for, his family would immediately be killed. His continuous practice in missions ended up enhancing his Bite into Thunder Fang, as well as making him an excellent runner.

Items: Oran Berry (always one with him), may carry a Blast Seed for prevention.

Personality: I'm really bubbly,cheerful and happy. I'm almost never sad. If anyone is sad I always cheer them up. If any of my friends need to use any of my Items, I let my friends use them. I rarely battle, but, when I do, I'm really good. Reason for last statement is in History. I also have a fear of Houndoom, reason in History too.

Move set: Dragon Pulse, Aerial Ace, Ice Beam, Pursuit

History: Is a little long so I put it in a Spoiler. Can also be used as a Roleplay Example

I was born to the King and Queen of the Flying type tribe; King Shadow the Honchkrow and Queen Grace the Altaria. My parents made sure that I had the perfect moveset, asking the other tribe members to go find TMs that I could learn. However, one day, a mysterious group attacked. Grace and Shadow protected me by fighting to the death, but eventually my parents died, along with every other tribe member. The only reason I was left alive was because the enemies knew I wouldn't survive without anyone else.

But I did. I flew a long way before I saw another Pokemon. Turns out the Pokemon I encountered was a Houndoom that battled to see others fall,and it liked that. I realized that Pokemon battle to see their opponents fall, since a lot of other Pokemon did what that Houndoom did. I didn't want that, so I refused to battle unless I HAD to. That scenario also gave me a fear of Houndoom.

I flew on and on until I encountered another Pokemon. I encountered a Bidoof that was part of the Justice Guild. Bidoof told me that the members were kind,caring and were recruiting members to stop the Corruption Guild. My heart skipped a beat. I had a flashback of when my tribe were attacked. I remembered the attackers saying ''We,the Corruption Guild, are here to take your goods!'' I immediatly signed up.
Not only had I found a place to call home, I could avenge my fallen tribe.

Ok Let's see accepted to all of you so that evens up the scales a bit but I think atleast 3 will do.

On a side note Sparky the Pikachu of the Justice leads the best exploration team in Wigglytuffs Guild, his personality is cheerful, calm and rational his apperance is kind of like a normal pikachu but with a brown backpack and a pair of goggles on his forehead. His partnered with Bidoof.

Blaze the Blazekin is the opposite, is second in command for finding the machine, personality rude, harsh unforgiving and other nasties that'll pop up, his apperance is normal just that he has shackles around his wrists that are always bruning with his fury. Parntered with Absol just that they are both on different teams.

[Thorns]

Name: Meowth (I hate nicknames, no offense :P)

Species: Meowth

Gender: Male ( I can't imagine Meowth as a female O_o)

Appearance: Normal Meowth appearence, only the gold amulet on it's head is slightly bigger than most other amulets. Plus it likes to wear blue arm bands that supposedly power up it's claw attacks.


Personality: Very modest. Doesn't like to resort to violence but will when threatened. Likes to eat high-class foods and not a big fan of most eating items like Seeds and Berries. Prefers to take orders than make them since he tends to panic when everything is resting on him.

History: When Meowth was just young, the Corruption Team attacked it's forest and it got seperated from it's fellow family and friends. A few days later, he found them all dead where the fight took place. Ever since, Meowth wants to see Corruption taken down for good, rather it requires violence or not. He also had a short love with a Glameow but she too died in the fight.

It was early evening and the sun was about to set, Sparky looked at the list of new members that were coming, it seemed like the inflitraters spreading the word of Wigglytuffs Guild recruiting have done well, Sparky looked up in the sky seeing some stars shine in the sky, Chatot came out of the enterance to talk to Sparky, "You really think I got what it takes to become their mentor?" Sparky asked with a concerned tone, "Of course you will." Chuckled Chatot and he continued "Your the most famous explorer now besides the 2 pokemon the stopped time going out of whack so I think you should be ok." Sparky didn't know if Chatot was trying to reassure him or just try to get Sparky less worried. "Well I hope they come soon, cause I heard that maybe that Absol's team might strike tonight after one hour of Sunset." "Whom did you hear this from?" asked Chatot, "Just overheard it in the Cafe." Sparky replied.


Blaze was impatient and the day didn't get any better, he had been set up to become the new recruits mentor because of his reputation, "Oh I hope they come soon cause it'll be the Blaze training exercise for them being late and for the extra punishment no dinner and no accomadation for a week." A Golem rolled over to Blaze "So your the new mentor!" laughed the Golem, "I bet that the recruits will quit or try to turn on you cause you make a very lousy mentor even I can do better." Blaze fell for the bait and charged at the Golem, "Oh wait Blaze I can just Earthquake you and make it look like an accident." It was true what Golem said but Blaze had a trick up his sleeve. "I suppose." Blaze said and turned around to resume his post, then as fast as Syther "WHAMMM!" the Golem hit the floor hard, Blaze had just extreme speeded and Mach Punched the Pokemon before he could blink. "Accidents tend to happen." sneered Blaze before walking off.

Silver walked up as the Golem hit the floor, and stopped standing just outside the place as a smile crept up his face. " hhmmm this is a nice place i think i will like it here " He then looked around as he waited for his instructions, checking the place out and eying out which Pokemon would be good for tormenting. Silver was proud of his power because of the breed of Pokemon he was from, though it sometimes would lead him into situations that he could not win. " New recruit Silver reporting as ordered " Silver said as he looked up at what was in front of him and gave off a smirk, as the other new recruits started to show up. " I see we have a bunch of sissy looking Pokemon coming as new recruits, I am the only one who will be staying " He said as he laughed as they all stared at him, as he waited for any witty remarks.

Blaze saw the show-off Lavitar and realised in an instance it was Silver, "So you finally arrived," Blaze darkly said to the new recruit and saw the smirk on his face, "I heard a deal about you from my friends. And you realise that your late." Suddenly out of his fury Blaze grabbed the Lavitar and smashed his face on the ground, "The punishment is still yet to come, don't think your so untouchable new recruit!!!"

 

[Ethan Gold]

A Minun with a black scarf appears outside the guild. He looked around and saw a bunch of Pokemon with different backgrounds near the entrance. The Minun knew from a glance that they have joined for reasons such as glory and justice but he was here for revenge.

He immediately recognises Pikachu and Chatot as members of the guild. "Recruit Kaiser reporting." he said to them in an unusual accent.

Chunk remained silent as he approached the rest of the guild members, trying to show he had next to no interest in whoever his fellow colleagues were; his eyes were locked to whatever was in front of him, never looking to his side, even as the Blaziken imposingly came and smashed the other recruit's face against the ground.

"Recruit Chunk reporting." He said in an emotionless tone. If he was already late, whatever he did wouldn't influence the Blaziken's punishment.

I glided through the door of the Justice Guild cheerfully. It was my first day at the Justice Guild, so I felt a little bit anxious, but curious too. In fact I felt a lot of feelings. ''Recruit Cottoni reporting,'' I beamed to Chatot, wondering what the Justice Guild would be like. I glanced at the other Guild members. I could see they were very determined,so I decided to do my very best today too.

Jerico had slipped in earlier and sat in the corner looking over a cog he had found. he sat quietly seeing the rage in Blaze's eyes he dared not to speak up for the larvitar. in that moment he flashed back to his past. he had been treated like that even before the guild. a tear fell from his eye and sizzled before it hit the ground. he shook his head and, put on his game face. he stood up and blasted the larvitar out of Balze's burning fists.

"come on hes already a waste no need to make him worse" Jerico looked up his eyes a burning blue like his tail

Appearance: Has a scar on the right side of his face, and is slightly taller than normal Larvitars.
Personality: Shy around people he doesn't really know, yet is stronger than normal Larvitars.

[Nakuzami]

I walked up to the guild and surveyed the new recruits. I kept looking around, the other new recruits I noticed were a Minun, an Eevee, a Swablu, a Meowth and a Shinx. I walked up to Chatot "Recruit Cinder reporting for duty..." Once I got acknowledgement I ran off and isolated myself from the other recruits. I began watching and examining them again.
