Information From Serebiis site: New Starters including: Eevee, Riolu, Shinx and Vulpix.

I think That Skymin will be the main purpose of this game, hence the name. And explorers of Time and Darkness sorta hinted Towards Darkrai,Mewtwo,Celebi and Dialga.
