Liz watched in horror as the wings of the Dragonite became much more forboding than before. The became shredded, no doubt a result of the Umbreon attacks, and grew slightly in size. It recovered from the Ice Beam attack, and turned to her menacingly, its eyes locking with hers.
Liz was completely paralyzed with fear, and stood there, as the Dragonite neared her. The Dragonite held a dark energy in its hands in the form of a black orb. It growled under its breath.
"Let's get out of here!" she heard Bill cry in the distance.
The wind whipped her hair all around her face, her long black skirt swirled around her legs as if it was alive. Liz squinted into the wind, still unable to move herself from the spot. The Dragonite drew nearer, and she felt a great deal of warmth encircle her heart.
"Don't attack!" she cried out, speaking to no one in particular. No one oculd tell if she was referring to the dragonite or the trainers behind her. "It isn't evil. It is trying to fight it away on its own!"
Liz stood in the midst of the eye of the storm, her hair coming to rest messily on her head. Soaked and shivering she looked up at what she thought was the Dragonite before it had been engulfed in darkness.
This world was not visible to anyone else. All the others could see was the Dragonite, engulfed in black haze, with its gleaming yellow eyes and tattered wings approaching a wind whipped and rain soaked Liz, praparing to attack...
