Pokemon Neon: Chapter One- Kanto

I'm just going to come out and say it. Is this game still under development or has it been discontinued, because I want to finally get into helping out with the Pokémon for this game. Do you still want me to do things such as movesets for the Delibird and Rotom evos or have you already done things like that? I also have some vague ideas for other Pokémon that can be used. Do you want to use them?
