The new banner is a lot better than the last one. You still should change the news text color, because black-on-black doesn't exactly work. :P

Maybe you should make it a shade or two lighter, because it might be hard to read for some people. =/

Very Nice. I like it. Im not sure what else you could add. Maybe some more GFX? The banner could use some more in it too...looks a bitter....er...dull.
