I think you guys are doing a great job and this look very promising. I do have some suggestions, though, if you guys don't mind, of course.
I think it would be better and efficient to place several flats through out the game for housing of players. But it would be wise to place a population limit on each house, that way not everyone goes in the same flat and the players are spread over the whole Kanto. Houses should be prizes in special events, for admins and rich enough players. That way admins and higher levels don't continually bothered by newbies who want a free Pokemon, loan or whatever.
I think the PD should be not only for admins, cause you guys will most likely get swamped as this game will be most likely very popular. You should only offer role model players a job though.
I also think you guys should place a sort of level limit. Like either trainers can't challenge those higher than 5 levels above them or the maximum level is ?? en with the next update you can go higher. (Not unlike WoW.)
Talking about levels, I strongly advise you make it take alot more to level your Pokemons cause before you know it everyone will have lvl 100 Pokemons and then it won't be as cool to play the game.
Lastly a few question, if you will.
Will you be able to give someone a Pokemon? If so how will you do it? In person or via Pokemon Storage?
Will you be able to lend someone a Pokemon? If so will there be a limit on the time and amount of Pokemon?
Will the Gym Leaders be NPC's or real players. If so will their trainers be real players
as well?
Among the skins you go can chose, will you be able to be diffrent color than white?
Will you be able to use a bike? If so will it be as expensive as in the game? (100.000).
If have some other questions, but I'll save those for another time. You guys are getting enough already.
