Pokemon Osmium color scheme

I was looking at some of the PKMN sprites for Pokemon Gold when I realized that the color scheme was not right on some of the PKMN.
Now I know that they had a limited color scheme back then but some of the colors still could have been right.
I had changed Charizards shiny color scheme for Pokemon Osmium
tell me what you think.

i'm sorry, but that blue charizard isn't too good...just stick to the original pallete.

I went back and recolored 249 of the pokemon sprites the color sources that I used was Bulbapedia. So tell me what you think and what I should change.

^No offense, but if all you're going to do for this hack is change the color pallete for Pokemon, then I wouldn't want to play it.

I'm not just changing the color pallete I'm changing alot of things. I'm just doing the pallets first while I think of the main story, and the new leaders, and designing the new region.
