Pokemon Ovir and Plesio

MAKE A PARASURALOPHUS BASED POKEMON!!!
And make it a grass type :p

seriously, though. Those things own :p

and by the way, I find it VERY odd that we both have "Team Plasma" as the Bad guys o_O
Oh well, I don't mind, seeing as my hack and your game are two completely different plots :p

as for this game, it seems pretty interesting.

True, this is my first time, and yes, i may want to do a simpler project, but this IS Plot and Story idea space. not trying to argue with you in any way.

i know it will be very hard to pull off, i agree. the dinosaur pokemon are not fossilized, they are active. if they were fossilized, i would only have about 40 new active pokemon in the game.

Well, I didn't quite mean that I thought that they'd be fossils. I meant that in any other game, they would be fossils. Also, it's a little difficult to make a two-part game work so that they interact, especially in the sense that Pokemon games do. (Although, something like Zelda games for GBC, Oracle of Ages and Oracle of Seasons, is much more difficult)

yeah i see where you are coming from now. yeah they would be fossils, but they are not, as they are active. it is difficult to make an interacting 2 part game, i know, that would be tough.

got another one, which is a poison type: Planspit. not a dinosaur pokemon.

Cool it Team Jurassic instead hehe.

You made up your mind on what your going to design it on yet then ?

still kinda pulling towards Sphere, as most people know Sphere quite well.
i think its about a 1% chance it will be RMXP, any of the other RM makers a 40% chance. Sphere is leading at the minute.

i could, but i am sticking with Ovir and Plesio.

Ahh.

Good luck then Sphere is very time consuming but with the right expertise can perform a fabulous game.

ok, i will need it. i think Sphere is good for most things.

dont quite know how many names i need left for this game. possibly just over 70?

What about the Parasouralophus? D=

what hack is that from? gosh, i didnt know.

*pokes the one in her sig*

let's not freak here. it's just interesting seeing somebody else coming up with the same names I have :p (it's like a couple other hacks... this Gold one takes place in the Eon Region... and another is called Pokemon Eon o_O though it's all purely coincidental :p)

lol yay for coincidences o.o

Belstros either grass or rock type i would think.

What type is Cromtic if its not some strong pokemon i would suggest Crompilia
Or if its a Stronger pokemon Cromptetic.
:D

well it is quite a weak pokemon, think of a Compy. Comphilia -> Cromptic seems better. Cromptic, a bigger Compy, with better attacks. Normal Type.

Coincidences can be quite fun. Like running into one of my friends from school in an Animal Crossing website. Or, like the fact that many of the event systems that I create are immediatly preceded by a scripted version. (This wasn't here, although it seems quite odd that someone would be scripting the same thing I'm eventing, despite a lack of requests for it)

Also, try some variations on the small dinosaur compsonathus. (Those are the tiny meat eating dinosaurs in the Jurassic Park movies) Or , you could try some anciant plants or non-dinosaurs. (Like the trilobyte. Oh, and Kabuto is a horseshoe crab) You could even go for some insect life. (Long before dinosaurs existed, you might have run itno something like an eight-foot long centipede, or a spider the site of a boddybuilder's torso. Or even an ant about the size of a tennis ball. (Trust me, that's about as big as those things ever got.) You could even do some of the ancient descendants of the dinosaurs, most of which were gigantic, predatory birds. (Although one type probably died out because those giant ants kept eating their offspring...)

No, i definitely think that Arkterax should be a dragon. You see, it was based off of the Archaeopteryx. Seeing as it flies, I thought of it being a cousin of Gyrados.

Also, to explain the name Raptopy. (Raptor + Topiary)

I think it's a shame you won't be using the original fossils though. Since there were so few ancient pokemon represented in the first games, I just can't see leaving even one out.

i could be having them in, but i am not sure as of yet. the thing is, the other fossils, i dont know how long ago certain ancient pokemon lived.
hmm interesting Prof. i may have it as a dragon type, since it looks like one.

Looking forward anyway! You can ask for help anytime! I'll help out!

Just thinking, some of the "ancient" pokemon will be making an appearance, right? You know, like Relicanth or Bulbasaur? You could also fill some slots with pokemon like Baltoy, that look like ancient artifacts.

1: A tiny bit cliché, but, do-able.
2: Convert yen to dollars. 2000 yen= about $20 I think.
