CURRENT STORY - PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS CAN BE CHANGED AT ANY TIME
There are rumors of a hidden chamber, deep in the mountains, which contains immense power. A secret sort of 'box' containing a legendary Pokémon with the power to change the world. Nothing but myth,
only stories, it can't be real. These are the thoughts that the people of Arodan have. It is simply an old tale, something for children to fantasize about finding, akin to seeking a fountain of youth
and chasing the coattails of great explorers of times long past.
"I have reason to believe that the legend may not be so baseless after all." - Excerpt from a memo sent within Team Purity higherups.
Talk of this secret place- often referred to as the Box of Pandora, or simply Pandora's Box, is a staple of Arodian folklore. Little is known about the nature of its contents, other than that it is extremely powerful. Team Purity has taken interest in this hidden power, and wish to unlock whatever may be inside. Consisting of all manner of rogue archeologists and anthropologists and loose cannon
conspiracy theorists scouring ancient folklore for potential sources of wealth and power, they have little concern for the possibility of unforeseen negative consequences of opening Pandora's Box.
