    [PokeCommunity.com] Pokemon Patch Released for OCTGN (Online Trading Card Game Emulator)

    Pokemon - Liberated, is a brand new way to play the Pokemon Trading Card Game (PTCG) on your computer, with other players over the net. Unlike other similar applications such as Apprentice, Liberated supports card images, and has a more user friendly GUI. Within the game, you can easily drag cards around on the play area, attack with cards, set status changes and HP count, all through an easily memorized interface.

    Playing with other players is easy, and you can host your own server, or join someone elses one. Play over a lan, or over internet with someone on the other side of the world. The program uses very little bandwidth, so even those on dial up can take part.

    Version 1 of the Liberated patch includes support for Base, Jungle, Fossil and Team Rocket card sets. Gym Heros and Gym Challenge came out this week, and hidden Legends will hopefully be out soon.

    All you need to download is the program (5mb) and the pokemon patch (11mb) and you can get started.

    I think this should go in the Game Development section, though, but I'm not sure.

    So, in a way, it's like pokemon crater with cards or Pokemon Netbattle. sounds fun!

    I wanted to do Neo ages ago, but finding the spare time has been difficult ^^;;

    This looks cool, I will definitely be DL'ing.

    One question though...do I have to go through and DL all the individual patches to get all the sets, or does the latest patch contain all of them?
