[Released] Pokemon Pathways (1/19/25: Alpha 9.1.3)

this is a weird question for why both options seemed to be light based for akiza stepping in to take over a fight should be the light choice even if it is a fight stepping in and taking over a fight plus it doesn't change the story much if you choose the other choice should be more neutral when you go into the s ranked dorms when elisa is your mentor and you stats get reduced if you actively trying to not help her that would be a much darker choice

Ok I have no idea how to use this site so I am just gonna hope somebody sees this and is willing to help can somebody tell me where I can find s gligar a fuecoco and a grooky in pathways I saw aran use meows armada so I assume that gen 9 starters can be obtained
 
Also is alisia already in a relationship or not I am just in class b so far but I like planning things and I don't wanna put effort into getting leveling my bond with her only to learn she's already taken the games kinda unclear about that
 
Also I just remembered its possible to lose your save file after getting an updated version of the game right well while I am fine with that I won't lose the gift lycanrock right it was a gift I assume for new year so of lose my save file I'll probably lose it forever and I am kinda attached to my lycanrock

Mentors are not supposed to be dateable and never will be. Not that dating is even a thing in this Alpha.

Only happens if your save file gets corrupted. Either way, 9.0 will be a major update, and we always encourage players to start from scratch on such occasions. You would be missing on a lot of stuff if you kept going from an old save.
 
Has this been updated recently at all, I have a version of the game and I'm currently b rank

Only happens if your save file gets corrupted. Either way, 9.0 will be a major update, and we always encourage players to start from scratch on such occasions. You would be missing on a lot of stuff if you kept going from an old save.

Thanks that helped me alot also It's not that I wanna date Alisia I just like maxing things things out and assumed I'd have to bond with every s class student too. But I find stuff like cheating uncool and didn't wanna accidentally do it somehow

Also sorry if its annoying to ask but what's the protagonists name in pathways I like playing with Canon sorta names like if I play pokemon fire red I am naming myself red

The Discord says version 9.0 is coming out a month or two from May 16. I'll give a mercy rule and say you have until the end of the month instead of July 16 before you should seriously post a new announcement that version 9.0 is taking a little bit longer than originally announced.

I'm really looking forward to this update, since version 8.5.3 barely has any story after D-rank. The story that the game had before that point was great, and I'm really hoping to see more.

Hey uh don't know ow if enyones already said this or if you've noticed or if it's just my low speced laptop but sometimes when I team up with hyun he his oversold sprite goes invisible same for some pokemon using dig there series dissapear even after resurfacing and only seem to reappear when they make another move.

Also there's a grammar error in aran dialogue when she talks about her love of pets she says I twice.

Also when I was fighting tate and Lisa in battle week galade was already mega evolved as it came out.

Also the vending machine in student manor doesn't work and the torchic follow pokemon thing seems to appear on my head like it's photoshoped there instead of being like an actual thing on the floor.
 
Hi! I had a question about an evolution. I caught Galarian Farfetch'd from the Max Den in Rain Forest and was wondering if it's possible to evolve it? I've looked around but couldn't find an answer so... I know Galarian Farfetch'd has a pretty weird evo condition ordinarily so was wondering if it was changed, if it was the same or if it's possible at all?

It's the same. Go wild. It even learns Focus Energy in Pathways. I suggest hitting an Aron with Fury Attack until you get enough crits.
 
Another question. Anyone know how to evolve Poipole? I spent ages grinding Voltorb Flip and now I can't figure out to evolve it? Is there a Dragon Pulse TM or TR somewhere that I haven't found maybe?
 
Hello! I just make an account to say this project looks awesome, the concept and the idea get me, but only what I see in 1m video and the blog, so I have to ask, should I play this actual version or wait for the new version for my first experience for this? I can wait, hype will be the same for me, but I want to know if I should have the first run in the new version that is coming in a few moths.
