If you mean a Pokémon FROM RUBY TO PEARL, you can't as I was told here. If you mean FROM PEARL TO RUBY, no. There's no way D/P can send Pokémon back. By the way, ask these kind of questions in the Simple Questions Thread at the top of the forum.
