STORY:You are from Hoenn and you failed to defeat
TEAM MAGMA,TEAM AQUA so it is dangerous you move to
Sinnoh then Team Cipher went to Sinnoh to make massive
things and own the Region,but you heard OF it and asks Prof Rowan for a starter but there's a bad news there are no more starters so Prof David came and has all starters.

Shadow Pokemon (Some Dark)

Regions:Kanto,Sinnoh
Evil Teams:Team Cipher,Team Galactic

HaHaHaHa. You're kidding right. You want a staff of 35 people, and by looking at this thread only, it seems like you have no idea how to hack at all. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it looks like you want everyone else to do the hard work, while you text edit (And you asked for a tutorial/program for that, which in my opinion is the simplest aspect of hacking).
Honestly, I think you're dreaming, if this hack is even going to get to a beta.
