Pokemon Platinum team assistance?

Right, so I've started a new save file on Platinum. I picked Turtwig as my starter, a Pokemon that I have virtually no experience using. I'd like to get some feedback on my current team, if at all possible. :3

**Notes: I usually catch Starly at the beginning, but for once I didn't want to have a Staraptor as my Flying-type. So, that's pretty much what Kurobaku's purpose is.

**Notes: I originally had a Machop in his place as my Rock Smasher, but ditched it when I realized my team had a massive weakness to Flying-type.

I'm saving the sixth slot for Giratina, since I actually want to use that in this playthrough. I'm most likely going to end up SRing for a shiny, since I think shiny Giratina looks badass, but I want the team to stay at 5 members until then.

So... any advice is welcomed ^w^

It may not be a bad idea to teach it to Torterra, since it's good at Defense (but the Mild nature kills it):
-Earthquake
-Wood Hammer
-Stone Edge/Crunch
-Toxic
That's how I see it.

I practicly only ever use attacking moves, so I'll only give one suggestion for a move, teaching crobat air slash(rash nature ups sp.attack) might be better than ariel ace. I think Crobat and Garchomp are especially good pokemon, very useful ingame. Golduck's also a useful pokemon to. The only one I think might let you down is the kricketune, compared to the others it has mediocre base stats and a limited movepool, but with sing and an accuracy boosting item it could be quite useful.

Replacing Kricketune is a good idea because it's terrible. I attempted to use it, however at the League it was thrashed :( Also natures don't really play a part in-game. Bad natures for certain Pokemon are bad. I would ditch that one and search for another one. Since Bold lowers its attack.
Cut isn't used anywhere else in the game I don't think, so teach it Strength.

Crobat @Wide Lens
-Air Slash
-Confuse Ray/Roost
-Sludge Bomb/Shadow Ball/Dark Pulse
-Toxic

That's what I'd do for a Rash Crobat, as your SpAtk is gonna be higher. Wide Lens increases the accuracy of Air Slash and Toxic. Alternatively, you can use Shadow Ball or Dark Pulse in place of Sludge Bomb, as Toxic already poisons.

Torterra @Quick Claw
-Wood Hammer
-Earthquake
-Synthesis
-Crunch/Rock Slide

You can use the move maniac in Pastoria to teach it Wood Hammer. Synthesis is useful because it can heal Wood Hammer's recoil. Torterra doesn't have great speed, so give it the Quick Claw.

Garchomp @Muscle Band
-Swords Dance
-Dragon Claw
-Earthquake
-Fire Fang

Dragon Claw is more accurate than Dragon Rush, and Earthquake is your best STAB attack. Fire Fang hits Ice and Steel types. Swords Dance can raise your attack.

Golduck @Wise Glasses/Expert Belt
-Calm Mind
-Surf
-Ice Beam
-Psychic

Calm Mind for stat boosting, Surf for STAB, Ice Beam for dragons and grass types, and Psychic for wider coverage.

As far as Seasel, I suggest evolving it into Weavile. Here's a decent moveset:
-Ice Punch
-Night Slash
-Swords Dance
-Brick Break

Ice Punch and Night Slash are your STAB moves. Swords dance increases Atk, and Brick Break for coverage against Steels. Alternatively, you can replace Weavile with something like a Fire or Electric type, as you should have Ice Beam on Golduck.

ice beam i think yeah im pretty sure

then the rest can be hm slaves
