Wait, really? THANK GOD! Cause I missed a lot of legendaries like Genesect and Keldeo, and Meloetta....

But at least this way, people can get legendaries they missed out on, though it is possible in X and Y they will have new events for old pokemon (as they do tend to repeat event pokemon, like Mew)

This isn't entirely accurate. I think they put special ribbons on Event Only Pokemon that prevents them from being put into the GTS so even if you did search for them they won't be on there since you cannot deposite them into the GTS.

Classic Ribbon

If your Pokemon has any of these three ribbons then it cannot be traded over GTS.

Only the Gen 3 Celebi don't have any of these ribbons so if they aren't from "Hoenn" or "Kanto" they can't be traded over GTS.

Japanese Gen 5 Jiranchi's can be GTS'd I think. They have an "event ribbon" and "wishing Ribbon". The Gen 4 all have the Classic or Premier.

None of the Deoxys can be GTS'd.

None of the Shaymin can be GTS'd.

None of the Arceus can be GTS'd.

The Ticket Victini and Fusion Attack Victini can be traded on GTS but not the Blue Flare Bolt Strike one.

Sorry to say that you're wrong about what ones can be traded over GTS, as that's how I got many of them.
A japanese event arceus with a Classic Ribbon is one I got over GTS. (it also stupidly has PKRS because it's at level 100)
I have 2 Jirachi, both with Classic ribbon.
I have a Celebi with a Classic ribbon. (So apparently the Classic ribbon does NOT prevent trading over GTS)
And a Deoxys, no ribbons. I had a Shaymin at one time, but I traded it through the GTS again. I also see them on there all the time, but the trades are so ridiculous, usually they ask for hack pokemon like Level 1 legendaries. (Stop it people, what you're giving isn't that rare...)
So yea, all of these are pokemon I've gotten through the GTS that you say, can't even be deposited.

But it's not my business so I'll get to the main topic myself anyway.

I'm wondering what will our trio look like...
I'm not familiar with European folklores,
if we have members that are familiar with Euro-folklores,
please do share us your thoughts regarding which folklore legends will be most likely legendary Pokemon.

Uh... Maybe we'll have a valkrie inspired Pokemon? :D
I want to see a european dragon as well, you know that villainous looking dragons from European stories,
Hydreigon sure qualifies as a villain, but he's more like a killing machine to me.
But I won't ellaborate more about Hydreigon, he's a Gen V mon. Lol

I would love to see a set of legendaries, or Pseudos based off the Oni (Many might know them from Jackie Chan Adventures [win], Masked Demons)
As for European Dragon, there's many different kinds of those. Lugia in part, represents a Mediterranean dragon of storms.
The Regis are either European or Druidic Golems...and there's always room for more Golems.
I have my own idea for a Harpy and Valkyrie duo....

Sorry but I can't resist asking...what's so creepy about Fiery's Makoto sig xD.

@ Damien we already have legends based off of Oni (Thundurus and Tornadus are based off of kami that also happen to be oni.)

The Regis are jewish golems as they have that writing on their heads which in jewish texts was what was used to bring golems to life so both Hoenn duos are based off of Jewish creatures at least in concept that is as Rayquaza isn't in design.

Also Lugia is based off of a Japanese dragon storm god not a Mediterranean dragon of storms.

Anyways enough of me correcting others xD. I would really like to see the mini dex for Mega evolutions come true. It doesn't need to be very long, a sentence will do in order to make them seem more like evolutions.

Since there are Fairy type now, I expect the Gen VI Mew(Pokemon with all 100 individual stats and petite size),
to be a dwarf, or a Pokemon with a crown, or even a tinkerbell similar looking one(humanoid but tiny).
I know there's Celebi, but she ain't Fairy-type, part of me wish that, she's a Grass+Fairy, so no more x4weakness for her, so she can slay Dragons. Flabebe is a Fairy but not a legendary. Xerneas is too big, as I said I want a petite Fairy legend.

So, a fairy Wandering legend (not the same as roaming, wandering as in personality wise)

Part of the reasons why they cannot just retconned Mew and Celebi's Type, because thet are seen as classic legends. Some older fans might attack game freak for doing that.
Mew can learn a lot of moves, so she didn't really need to be a Fairy. But Celebi's current type is not that good, (defensively speaking). Though I wouldn't be surprised if the lake trio were retconned into Fairy or having it as their second type.

But for reason, I think that most Fairy type will be weak battlers, to balance the 18 types and for not being a solo top tier Pokemon like Psychics and Dragons from back in the days. The connection between Igglybuff family, Azurill family and Ralts family are their high HP, paticularly for the first two family.
