Do Pokemon deposited in Ranch gain EXP. points (like they would in Daycare)? (i read somewhere that they do...)

No, nothing about them changes.

That is correct. It acts as Storage rather then a Daycare Center.

It's like a big Pokemon Box but with more features and is more fun than just playing RSE on the GCN. So, no they don't earn more EXP.

I wished they gained experience because I would have a lot of level 100 pokemon.
