Since you only start with one pokemon though, you shouldn't be able to catch more then 6. You could make a switch for in the and make it so when you buy 1, you can only by 5 more. 2, 4 more, you get the point.
 
it would be easier just to do a switch which dissalows buying untill you get a pokedex...
but, whatever he wants to do...

you couldnt get pokeballs until after you talk to Mr. Pokemon.

In my game, the legendary beast are related to UNOWN.
So you could back to JOTHO.
But just some places.
Now I'm working on JIRACHI event.

And is there any way to get a fire type pokemon in the wild?
I am searching but i haven't found one so maybe you havn't add any in this version..
And another thing i dont think there are any starters in the wild?
Like charmander, treecko, totodile and the rest yaknow haha :P

Just a suggestion, but why don't you use MediaFire or SendSpace to upload the files? It always works for me!

Well I can't get there, the police are blocking the path.

I went all the way to Moonview city, but of course that was as far as I could get
 
Fire Pokemon are always traditionally not available in the first parts of the game.

Why do so many people want fire pokemon o_O?

I think he already answered your question. If you haven't played Pokemon Yellow, the starters are given from other people whom don't want them anymore.
