Pokemon Realms (Mark II)

    I tried this awhile ago and it died, so I'm attempting it again.

    Here's the revised story:

    You are Trainers who just reached Saffron City, when three mysterious strangers appear from seemingly out of nowhere (controlled by me). Who are these strangers, and what secret do they hold? These answers may change Pokemon as you know it, forever...

    I have two rules.

    1: No Legendaries.

    2: Up to 6 Pokemon in the beginning.

    *You can have up to 4 attacks equipped. Unequipped ones go into an Attack Box, and can be switched out between battles. Just say if you are. Attacks aren't forgotten.

    Now for the intro:

    It is midday in Saffron City. Trainers from the Kanto Region come and go regularly due to the rumor of the powerful Gym Trainer in the City. However, this day, the center of attention is at the front entrance to the City, where three strange looking individuals have suddenly materialized out of nowhere.

    They seem to be dressed in foreign garb; one has a suit of armor on and seems to have grayish skin and pointed ears.

    Another has blue skin and seems to be about 7 and a half feet tall. Smll horns can be seen protruding from his head right under the base of his long black hair.

    The third individual seems to be a slim human but dressed in clothes you've never seen before. A leather outfit, for lack of a better term. He also has blue hair.

    You approach the front of the City and... (This is where you come in...)

    Yeah, sure. Just as long as it isn't Legendary. You can still have Pokemon with you if you want.

    I want to try to get a couple people before I start, but I will be checking this regularly, so go ahead and post. It's not required to give a character background yet, but when we do start, you will probably want to have at least a reason for being in Saffron City.

    Sam looks around at her surroundings. She has purple hair with bright blue eyes. She was sisters with Sabrina, and had the sme, sinister glare. And you guessed it, she was Psycic. She could disappear, create forcefeilds, and of course, bend spoons with her mind. The sixteen year old carried no Pokemon with her, for she had a secret, she was a Pokemorph. She could morph into an Espeon. The only way you could tell it was her by the color of her eyes. Instead of the usual black, they were a light blue. SHe looked carefully around. Seeing nobody, she morphed. An Espeon now stood on the sidewalk.
     
    As Sam waits on the sidewalk, she notices a crowd begin to gather toward the entrance of the City. A voice suddenly echoes in her head.

    "Why do you hide your form?"

    Sure, that's no problem. You can choose to be a morph, as long as you don't use any Legendaries.

    A voice begins to echo in Paige's head.

    "Where are we?"

    Sam can detect a strange power coming from the entrance of the city.
     
    Paige walked down the city her red eye sparkled as she wlked she heard a voice and fell down for a minute..........
     
    1313666: That would be a bit unconventional, but I guess you can if you can play it. Just remember that you will need to be able to communicate with the NPCs. (They have NO idea what Pokemon are...)

    As Sam and Paige get closer to the entrance of the city, they can see where a relatively large crowd has gathered. As they get closer, they can see what the commotion is about.

    Officer Jenny seems to be talking to three individuals.

    They seem to be dressed in foreign garb; one has a suit of armor on and seems to have grayish skin and pointed ears.

    Another has blue skin and seems to be about 7 and a half feet tall. Small horns can be seen protruding from his head right under the base of his long black hair. On another note, he has a tail.

    The slim one seems to be talking and making gestures. Once you get to where the crowd is, you can make out the voices.

    Officer Jenny: "I've never heard of a place like that... Where are you from?"

    Slim Individual: "Yeah, we're from Prog."

    Officer Jenny: "Prog? What Region is that in?"

    Slim Individual: "It's a bit east of Ravenloft."

    Officer Jenny: "What the heck is Ravenloft? I've never heard of such a place!"

    Slim individual: "You're joking, right? Ravenloft is the most feared place on Oerth! It's full of undead!"

    Officer Jenny looks back to two League officials and points to her head and makes a circular gesture with her finger. She then looks back.

    Officer Jenny: "Ok. We'll just have you step over here..."

    She is now escorting them to the Pokemon Center.

    Ooc: < In order to continue on, just follow them to the Center. >Ooc

    Ooc: I'll try to update this every day, but this week we're moving our store, so I may not get to it every day. If you post, I'll still try to respond. If I seem to get ahead of you, just make up some way to get to where the rest of the party is. I'll wing it for you. Ooc)

    Once Sam gets to the Center, she notices that the three individuals are talking to Officer Jenny and Nurse Joy. Another individual seems to be there as well.

    He is dressed in a strange silver uniform that looks completely unfamiliar to you. His hair is blue, similar to the slim man, but he's slightly taller and the hair is longer. Nurse Joy and Officer Jenny seem to have no issues with his clothes, though.

    You notice that he turned his eyes toward you for a second and then back at the three individuals again.

    Uniformed guy: "Hmm... Espeon..."

    The others see you now, but seem to be more concerned with the three 'foreigners'.

    Nurse Joy: "Are you sure you want to let them go?"

    Uniformed guy: "Yeah. Don't worry. I'll watch over them."

    Sam suddenly senses the uniformed guy's thoughts: "Could they be in the same position that I'm in? If that's the case, then it's alot farther along than I thought it was...". At about this time, Officer Jenny leaves the Center and Nurse Joy returns to her reception desk.

    The blue-skinned individual suddenly speaks.

    Blue-Skin: "I believe we owe you our gratitude. Those two obviously thought we were crazy. Oh! Forgive me. My name is Allicko."

    Uniformed Guy: "So, you CAN talk... Oh, sorry. I'm Chezni. Who are these two that are with you?"

    Allicko: "Oh, yes! The pointy-eared one is Roan."

    Roan: "Roan Solmiur. It is good to finally meet someone that isn't afraid of us."

    As Roan says this, he nods his head slightly in a respectful gesture.

    Slim Individual: "No need to introduce me, Al! Name's Neb! It's short for Nebulon!"

    Neb starts to whisper to Chezni. But, Sam can hear every word he says.

    Neb: "You got some nice lookin' women here... Aoowright..."

    After that little introduction, the newly aquainted group starts to head outside. Sam can see them through the front window now, and they seem to be conversing.

    Silver can still hear those words in the back of his mind. Strangely enough, he can make it out.

    Paige eventually passes by the Pokemon Center, where the strange group seems to be conversing. (It's on the way to the front of the City.) This is what Paige hears (Sam can hear it too, but from in the Center).

    Chezni: "Now, I want you to tell me exactly what happened. Don't leave out any details. I won't think you're crazy or anything."

    Allicko: "How do we start this?"

    Neb: "Ok. Here's the deal. We're not from this world."

    Chezni: "Yeah, I figured that much... Where ARE you from?"

    Allicko: "It would be best if I explained it. We're from a city known as Prog. It exists on Oerth. We were trying to travel back in time to fix some terrible damage that was done to our world, but something went wrong. The Chronomaster that transported us, accidentaly sent us here... Now, we need to find a way back to our world. That's the short answer to your question."

    Chezni begins muttering to himself. Paige and Sam are able to make out what he says.

    Chezni: "Time travel... I could see how spells would make it possible... But you shouldn't be able to travel to this universe... Unless..."

    Chezni then looks at Paige.

    Chezni: "Did you need something?"

    Paige just stared her blood red eyes gleamed she did not look scared or even freaked out she looked like a cat watching birds fly............

    Chezni looks a bit confused now.

    Chezni: "Um... Ok?..."

    Ooc: Is Paige in her Pokemon form? Ooc)
     
    OOC: no my character forgets to talk sometimes
    "different world?" Paige said in an inocent voice.......
     
    Chezni looks at Paige. He has a really goofy expression on his face.

    Chezni: "Um... Oh geez.... Um..."

    Allicko steps toward Paige. He holds his hand out, palm facing her. After a few seconds he puts it back at his side.

    Allicko: "It's ok. I'll explain. You see..."

    Chezni: "Wait. I think I should explain this one. You see, the world we are in now exists in this dimension. However, there are millions of other dimensions out there, all with different worlds that have different kinds of creatures. Normally, these dimensions are cut off from one another by a protective seal, like skin on a person, keeping things from other dimensions out."

    Allicko, Neb, and Roan are listening as intently as you are. It seems to take awhile for it all to sink in, but you seem to be able to comprehend most of it.

    Chezni: "However, something happened about three years ago. A force created a tear in this Barrier. It was small at first, only affecting a few individual lifeforms at a time. But over the years, it has gradually increased in size. It now seems to be enlarging at a faster rate than when it started. I was from another world as well. I am from the universe of Starlance..."

    Allicko: "We're from Prog, on a world known as Oerth. It is still a bit difficult for me to understand, but it seems that in order to fix this damage, we need to repair that tear..."

    Neb and Roan are dumbfounded by this story, but it seems that Al understands the situation, almost as if it happened to him before.

    Chezni: "Since coming here, I've kept my origin a secret to the public. Only the ones that came with me know that secret. And now all of you."

    Al suddenly gets a concerned expression on his face.

    Allicko: "Um, we need to fix this damage as quickly as possible... If that tear is allowed to enlarge far enough..."

    Chezni: "Yes. Entire planets will start to be affected... If that happens, there's no telling how much damage it will cause, especially if two planets collide... Unfortunately, I have no clue how to repair it... But I did manage to confine it, so it should be at least slowed down..."

    Sam can still hear every word that is said. The group stands in front of the Center, pondering the events of the day. Chezni looks at Piage, then in the window of the Center at Sam.

    Chezni: "If you two want to come with us, you're more than welcome."

    ic: i was just listening in the pkmn center to the people. i thougth i saw freaks in Chanano but these guys take the cake.

    i listen to the group as the talk about universes coliding and those things. wondering if this could happen then i remember the part they said that is affecting our world too. could this just prove my idea of orgin. so i got up to talk to the one named Chezni.

    "hello, my name is mike and i would like to come with you guys. i was just listening over there and it caugth my attention." i told them

    i took the guy by surprise but he responed "well. why do you want to come?"

    i told him "well, you see i just want to come. but also i intersted in all this wirid stuff. and you don't have to protect me. i a well good trianer back at home and i have 3 of my most powerful pkmn on me now. so how about it."

    the one name al said "let him come he seems eger to"

    chezni then tougth about it and said "ok. i guess"
     
    Ooc: This is NOT a Chain RPG. You probably didn't know that, but just to let you know. I'll let it slide because that's about what he would have said anyway. I should've mentioned this earlier. No biggie, though... Ooc)

    Allicko: "Where is this 'tear'?"

    Chezni: "It should be at Mount Moon."

    Neb: "So, what? Are we going there, or are we just gonna sit here?"

    Chezni, Mike, and Paige find it odd that the three haven't asked ANY questions about the world they're in.
     
    Paige's eyes glowed red and she stood up "I will go with you, you need some protection!"
