On the platform with Articuno you should be able to find some invisible coded text. To the left of the platform (in the water) you can find the (invisible) mist stone.
 
I for the life of my can't find ditto? Am I just incredibly unlucky or was its spawn location moved? Currently just before victory rd and can't find it.

Also hitmonchan supposed to spawn 3F of victory rd and can't seem to find him either
