The page Scarf posted makes some good points. It shows how places in Hoenn such as Mt. Chimney and Mirage Island actually correspond with areas in the real world. I think it fits perfectly.

yes it fits but all I am saying is it has been rotated yes everything else fits and the layout he posted leaves room for more regions
