Pokemon Regions

I see them doing something like that on the Revolution. Maybe DS but I dont think it has the capabilities. I think one reason the best format for pokemon games (that is straight up RPG) has stayed on the handhelds is probably to keep selling handhelds. I think it could be done if they had PC storage that was incompatable so when you moved to the next area you had to leave your pokemon behind or something. I wouldnt want to have to find a level 100 wild to get a challenge. Maybe they might scale down or simplify the whole world so there were smaller scale. So after finishing Kanto your main pokemon were only 30s or something. I know it can be done because in Crystal I bred a new team to take on the Kanto trainers and I could beat the toughest one with level 38-44. They needed a little work for Red in Mt. Silver though.
