anime i think yours haz to be a dragon or psychic type!
 
^^ Quite obviously Tropius, c'mon giv me a challenge. AnimeFTW's is Barboach or quite possibly digglet. Silver's.... hmmm, I don't know, the best I can think is Houndo(om)ur.

My signature attack's unique only to me-ditto can only use transform
I can materialize, I can remain unseen - ummmmmm maybe it transforms into kecleon?
Painted primary colours for a tertiary feel ooooooooooook ...red yellow blue....... or something ... idk
I am a creature of legend, but very real... IDK

A cold wind blows through the night - A chill? Shivering feeling? Ice Type?
You sense danger and fill with fright - Ghost. Night Time.
You turn around and hurry to go - Probably invisible.
But you didn't see me in your shadow - Shadow Sneak?

Gaaah! There are too many riddles flying around! Let's solve the ones we have and then think of new ones afterwards. Having about 4 really hard ones all at once gives me headaches.

Which are still unsolved?

There's a possibility that it's Unown, considering they have many different forms and Hidden Power, their only move, can turn into any type of move.​
