Ain't this one the mess? Unlike my last riddle, there's no excess information that can throw you off; however, this one didn't come out correctly. Porygon-Z is a buggy variant of Porygon2, recall, so its speech must come out that way, too. Making heads or tails of this nonsense is pretty ridiculous.
I see the world from a different perspective than my competitors am I can tell you if it manages not bug me, but combat close to know about me, just look at your screen.
Is this too They give me but combat close to me does.
Far more than my competitors am I see the world from a different perspective than my competitors am I adaptable.
It is a trait exclusive to get scrambled.
The ground does Far more than my triple attacking power is high.

This is what Porygon-Z wanted to tell you about itself. It really told you a lot.
My special attack power is high. I think this one didn't even leave its...lips?
As a sweeper, my triple attacking Tri-Attack power is unmatched.
I can tell you that I see the world from a different perspective than you You, as-in, the human reader- do. Its head is inverted. Porygon-Z's body is Porygon2's just a little contorted. It's neck was detached and flipped upside-down.
But that hint only helps you if it manages not to get scrambled. Oh, too bad that happened. Buzz word-
The ground does not bug me, but combat close to me does. Levitate+FTG Weakness
Far more than my competitors am I adaptable Buzz word--its ability. Completely useless-. It is a trait exclusive to me and me alone.

Aah. I had it! Why don't I ever go with my first choice?
The way it's speech came out threw me off. I first noticed the "Tri Attack" clue put in their but the way I interpreted with the other clues was that it tripled it's attack of some sort.
Perhaps I should stop going into so much depth on what the clues are actually saying and just give an answer based on what the clues I've already figured out on the surface.
And Down with the darkness: Entei.

Ok I have a new riddle:
Ashes to Ashes, Dust to Dust, Relating to a fire of some sort.
That is the fate of my beautiful home,Home destroyed. Possibly burnt down.Perhaps it hasn't happened yet. That's the fate of it's home. Entei lived in the Ecruteak tower thing which was burnt down.
That was to be my fate too, It's fate was also to be destroyed. This contradicts with Line 2. Not quite sure.
But something devine did not agree,
Challenged fate and intervened. I have no idea about this one.
But where oh where now shall I go?
I go but wherever the brisk winds blow. Travels around. Entei travels around the region in the game.
Hmm. Maybe I'll have to rethink my whole solution.

Brilliant! Most humans doesn't read each letter by itself, they read a word as a whole so that made your riddle a great challenge. I don't know.....That was clever, or I'm just slow.
