It's a little weird how you have to wait for the person to say if you're right or not before making a riddle cause it bogs the thread down a lot >_<

The pokedex says that magikarp used to be as strong as gyarados, but now it is weak before evolving.

Magikarp is water type, yet it learns no water elemental attacks.

Let's try an easier one this time:

No, it was actually kecleon. The red stripe on its stomache cannot change color, while the rest of it can. Also, kecleon rarely stays the same type in battle because of its ability. Ok, lets do an even easier one:

Yet a seperate emotion for each head
We're quite the speed demon
That bug types will dread

My Turn =D

I'm not so good in the heat...
But there are a lot of things I can stand.
I'm one of the few pokemon to get a STAB boost from Steel Wing.
I need a coat if I'm to be who I am,

in the pokedex, it says sky high.
train to lvl 45, now i can fly.
im a version mascot, in generation 3,
base stat total 680, u might as well flee
u can find me in sky tower, lvl 70.

rayquaza. That's an obvious one.

When we attack, we hurt ourselves.
We're kind of small, as small as elves.
We're made of steel, and can fuse together.
Once fused, we're evolved forever.
 
I guess I can take a stab? I'm assuming that's correct (how many Steel types are there?)-

When you can see me, I am blinded
When you're blinded, I can see you
Regardless, you're better off with finding me another sense
If it helps you, my heart may not be the sweetest part of me
But, don't get me wrong; I'm a pretty sweet pokémon overall.
What pokémon am I?
