I wonder can someone make a 8 in 1 region romhack where we can travel all regions in 1 game. LIKE COMBINING ALL POKEMON GENS IN 1 GAME, BY PUTTING REGION MAPS TOGETHER.

It would have to be a fangame made in rpg maker or a different engine. It's basically impossible to create it as a romhack, the limitations of rom size will most likely be what stunts it.
The closest ones I've played where Pokemon Liquid Crystal & PokeMMO [However, they don't contain all regions]. Imagine all those bugs... not to mention all the struggles of an indie team making such an ambitious game.
It's an unrealistic ask, but who knows?Maybe some madlad pokemaniacs will make it, you never know. Can't wait for Pokemon Around The World to release in 2099.
