Pokemon Ruby Battle Tower Team

Hi all ! I wanted to try out the 100 wins in battle tower lv.50 and was wondering if this team would work out. They're not all lv.50 yet so I wanted to have your opinions before leveling them. Feel free to correct any move/item or pokemon.

Here they are:

Latios (shell bell)
-Psychic
-Dragon Claw
-Surf
-Recover

Snorlax (???)
-Rest
-Sleep Talk
-Body Slam
-Earthquake

Sceptile (miracle seed)
-Leaf Blade
-Giga Drain
-Brick Break
-Aerial Ace

This is the wrong place, actually. But thanks for actually posting moves and items and such! Most people are like "rate dis plz" and it's unfit for me to even move it to the correct place. But yeah, I'll put this in in-game team help for you. :) However, I think you need to post natures and EVs, so you might wanna edit that in.
