Ruby hack: Pokemon Rukario Begins

Hi people i am making a hack called Pokemon Rukario Begins.

~STORYLINE~
This hack takes place 10 years after rayquaza was discovered. Unfortunately team (name not decided yet) cloned rayquaza and set it into the wild to wreak havoc on hoenn. After sensing the disturbance in the balance of nature Rukario awakens from its deep sleep (it was also hiding in the sky pillar in a secret room). Unfortunately Team (name not decided yet) has also found out about Rukario and are out to find it.

~FEATURES~
Fourth generation pokemon now catchable.
Rayquaza and more pokemon now catchable.
New pokemon (including fusions).
New areas.

~WHAT I NEED HELP WITH~
1-3 Spriters.
1-3 Script editors.
1-2 Mappers.
1-3 Titlescreen editors.

you can use min in mwtaloid just click on the last rukaio zip file
how do you create ips patches oh wait i think i deleted them never mind here it is any ways. okay i deleted the spites

The Rukario Back sprite in the zip file above is mine and shadow2810. 0_0 Hacker, you can use it but don't give it to anyone who isn't in your group.

Sweet Love, to change the palette for the titlescreen, you must do some hex-editing. I don't have much experience with it either, but I used a tutorial by mewthree9000, I think. I might write my own sometime (add some more things I found and make I easier to read!) :P

Cool, so ive had no acess 2 my computer for the last few days, but ive just put in Rukario and his Back Pic into the game using PokePic
Which Legendary Pokemon should i replace with rukario, cause itll only take 2 secs using poketronic
 
Rayquaza ^^ I changed Rayquaza in my hack into Rukario. And if you do that, my hack and your hack can trade able ^^
 
no, im sorry sweet love, but i think it would be better to replace groudon.
(mainly because in pokemon ruby the main legendary is groudon seing as this is pokemon rukario it should have rukario instead of groudon)
