Haha, volume 25 is a biiiiiiit away~~ If the original doesn't have chapter names, then we'll just keep the numbers as they have.

Typhlosion's nickname consist of explosion and taro, because Explosion is the first part of Typhlosion's specie name in Japanese (and Chinese too), and taro (tai lang in Chinese) is just how Gold nicknames. I think Explotaro is a more accurate translation because Typhlo just doesn't have the signature taro, unless we go for Typhlotaro (which had never existed in any manga before).

Yeah, but even "Typhlotaro" doesn't fit.

Why?

Because Gold DID NOT name Baku-tarou because of his last evolution form name, Bakuphoon. He named him that because he's explosive, just like his "explosive" bangs (Japanese: baku - explosion). So, he named him Baku-taro because of BAKU, not Bakuphoon.

So, Typhlo or Typhlotaro is wrong. It's SUPPOSED to be Explotaro.
