Pokemon Seasons

Not sure if i should post this in the game spot of the forum or the tv spot if i post it in the wrong spot please let me know...

What my question is i know The season 1 is kind of like pokemon yellow is in a how far of the season kind go goes to the end of the game... What is it season 1 and 2 of the tv show? The reason why i ask is because i wanna kind of following along with the show with my game so thats why i am asking

The show doesn't follow the games. And for the record, Yellow was released after the anime aired, I believe. But if you must:

Indigo League (S1-2): Red/ Blue/ Yellow
Johto (S3-5): Gold/ Silver/ Crystal
Advanced Generation (S6-9): Ruby/ Sapphire/ Emerald
Diamond and Pearl (S10): Diamond/ Pearl

But seriously, the series doesn't follow the games at all. If you want something that follows the games, read Pokemon Special.

Thanks for the help... Well there is alot of similar things between yellow and season 1-2 so thanks for the help
