I don't know how to check them . But last week , I traded off to my friend's DS to have them check their IVs through his Ds's action replay .
The other stats are probably not very high , I only remembered some of the stats like Infernape having attack of 30 and shiny tyranitar of 31 .

checking them is easy
find a iv calc like the serebii one type the stats,lv and the ev's in and it should give a acreate description of them.
