Pokemon Shrink V3

It's been a long time since I've visited the forum, now I try to be active again! This time, I revive Pokemon Shrink!

I take a random pokemon, and make it grow up to 100 feet tall! Then you try to do many things to make it shrink!

You may only choose the next Pokemon if the Pokemon is less than 0.5 inches tall. Also, the new Pokemon must grow up to 100 feet tall.

Try to shrink the pokemon like

"Shrink Ray!"
"Scyther! Use Cut!"

Then you tell the new height of the Pokemon.

Pichu was hit by a shrink ray! It is now 75 feet tall.

I'll start with a 5th generation Pokemon known as Oshawott. It drank an ultra growth potion, making it become 100 feet tall.

It's time to shrink Oshawott!
