Pokemon: Sinnoh's Doom

Hey. This is one of my first fanfics so it won't be as good as others but I have been writing other things so I'm not totally inexperienced. The book will get better because when I first started writing it (around a week ago or so) I was not very good. But by the time I get to the sequel, the series will be AWESOME!
I have completely finished the story and I'm working on the sequel but I am releasing pages every few days to make it last longer.

Chapter 1

Introduction
It was a dark and stormy night. Lightning continuously lit up the sky. The waves crashed against the rocky coastline. He stared out into the sea, recalling everything he knew.
"Come, almighty Kyogre! Rise up from the bottom of the sea and fulfill your true destiny! Flood this pathetic island known as Iron Island and after that, the Battle Zone, and then the Pokemon League!"
Suddenly, Kyogre rose up from the water. He did it! He, Cyrus, summoned Kyogre all the way from the pathetic Hoenn Region! Cyrus climbed into his helicopter and flew high above Kyogre (around 750 yards). Kyogre let out a huge roar.
Then a gigantic wave formed out of nowhere, rising up between Kyogre and Cyrus (around 527 yards). The wave engulfed half of Iron Island, tearing it to pieces, drowning all the Pokemon in that area. Then, Kyogre created an even larger wave, almost reaching Cyrus. Then, that giant wave destroyed the remainder of the island. Iron Island is now no more.
Then, all of the sudden, a Pokemon even more massive than Kyogre appeared. It gave out a roar of grief and agony. It shot a huge beam of hyper power, destroying Kyogre. Then that mysterious Pokemon disappeared.
No! All the research he had personally done... ruined... Then, something struck him.
"That Pokemon..." he muttered, "It...it...it was the creator of everything. Arceus" Well, now we have to replan everything.​

Chapter 1: Replanning
Cyrus stormed into Galactic HQ Main Command Center. The HQ Main Command Center was very futuristic high tech. There was a elevated platform which is where the door leads to. There is a small walkway to a circle platform that looks over the rest of the room. On both sides of the walkway were stairs leading down to a lower area where Galactic Scientists, Grunts, and other working members. They were all at computer panels, each doing a different thing than the other.
Mars and Jupiter, the lower Galactic Commanders, and Saturn, the Lieutenant Commander who is a higher ranking than Mars and Jupiter and his only superior is Cyrus himself, stood to the side of the elevated circle platform.
"How'd the plan go, sir?" asked Saturn
Cyrus struck Saturn in the face so hard that Saturn's nose broke and he doubled over in pain.
"Smooth move, Saturn. You didn't notice how angry Master Cyrus is." Mars whispered into Saturn's ear.
"I think I'll need face reconstruction." Saturn muttered through gritted teeth.
"Man up Saturn, sheesh." Jupiter said to him.
"SHUT UP, YOU IDIOTS!" roared Cyrus. "WE HAVE TO START OVER WITH A NEW PLAN BECAUSE KYOGRE IS GONE FOR GOOD!" Then Cyrus, fuming with rage, stormed out of the room.
"It's not that big of a deal." Jupiter said.
"Shut up Jupiter." said Mars.
Then, out in the hallway, Cyrus yelled, "JUPITER YOUR FIRED! TAKE HER AWAY BOYS!" Immediately after, four Galactic Guards rushed into the room, and pulled Jupiter out of the room.
"This is not fair! I want my Galactic Lawyer!" Jupiter screamed. Then she was pulled down to the Galactic Cells, where all fired Galactic members went. When she was thrown in the cell, the guards locked the door and marched away.
Jupiter looked around the cell, taking in everything she saw. The cell was dirty, wet, and smelled like Sulfur. There's a corner with water dripping down from the ceiling, forming a small puddle.
"This place is disgusting..." She muttered. "I want to leave here..."
Meanwhile, back at the Main Command Center...
"Well," said Saturn. "Time to start finding a new way to destroy this world. Mars, you go over to the Ancient ruins in the Snowpoint Temple to collect data."
"What kind of data?" Mars asked, somewhat confused.
"Wha-? I don't know. Anything. Maybe something about some Sinnoh Legends. Just get SOMETHING! Oh, and bring an entire brigade of grunts and five Galactic Ruinmatics."
"Yes sir!" said Mars and she ran out of the room.
Hmm. I wonder if I should of gone since she might screw up the entire thing... Oh well, thought Saturn.​
