Alright, I'm very beaten the leaders/elites and now I'm at the space and captured Necrozma.
How do I get Cosmog?
 
What is the shiny rate? Is it like the normal games? Because I just caught a shiny seedot.

It's not an "airplane" per se, but a Latios that will take you to the post game mountain/island.
It's located behind the Mossdeep Space Center.
