I'm laughing so hard right now. I just came across this awesome Japanese fan site that did a spoof of PokeSpe and it is so funny. I don't even get it, but I'm laughing. xDDD You can just kind of assume what they're saying. I'll post the link for you guys if you want. 8D

Red & Ash: Younger Red and Ash, probably not. But I think FRLG Red and the current Ash would get a long just fine. :3 They both have mellowed out over the years. Ash would probably see Red as a friendly rival.
Green & Gary: Once again, younger versions would probably look like they get a long on the surface, but then secretly talk about each other behind their backs. XD Current Green and Gary would get along fine. They're both pretty mature and sophisticated now. :3
Gold & Jimmy: They would probably be the best of friends. "Why, hello thar sexy~!" "Well, same to you, handsome!" 8D
Crystal & Marina: Eh, I think that relationship would be pretty strained...I don't think they would hate each other, buuuuuuut, no.
Sapphire & May: Heeeeeck no. XD Sapphire would first attack May for being some crazy voodoo witch and stealing her appearance, then after that, she would probably berate her for doing contests. It's only made worse since May really has no battle skills what so ever....at least Ruby had that to redeem himself in Sapphire's eyes. XD They'll eventually learn to stand each other, though.
Berlitz & Dawn: .......I don't know about this one. I really don't think they would get a long in the beginning either. Berlitz is a smart, sophisticated young lady, and Dawn is a typical girl. XD I think Berlitz would get on Dawn's nerves at first, but eventually I think they would become good friends. :3

Wow, that was more detailed than it had to be! XD On another note, I'm writing a fanfiction about bloody Ruby, and daaaaaaaaaaaaang it's really, really DARK. ._. Pitch black. I basically have to force myself to write it, because it goes against everything I stand for in fanfiction! D8 I MISS FLUUUUUUUFF! I'm trying to see if I can come up with a way to give it a little hope in the end, but I keep hitting dead ends..... >.> This is the tagline for the fic:

"I wanted to die, I really did. But...I don't think I could, even if I tried."

HOLY CRAP, WHY?! *bangs head against desk* I don't know what's gotten in to me.... V.V I drew bloody Ruby last night, and it was fun....but I even got out of hand on that one. ^^;;

hey girls i haven't been on lately how are things going here
 
This conversation gives me a slightly alternate idea to the plot for the roleplay that we already have, but it involves also having to have people play the anime counterparts and such; I don't think we have enough people to do so, even with doubles since some of us probably don't watch the anime anymore. XD;

And hey, let's not think about just the main characters and such. What about the Gym Leaders? How well do you guys think the PokeSpe Gymleader get along with the Anime!Gym Leader, as there is some very significance differences in some of them.
 
I haven't been able to get on all day 'cause of my brother he was on from this morning til well now.
Speaking of that Peachy they ruined all the gymleaders in the anime!! They made brock constantly ubsessed with girls and misty they made her too weak. I can say more but I don't feel like it.

For most Gym Leaders, it wouldnt matter because we dont get to see much of them in the Anime. SpecialBrock would hate AnimeBrock for being a perv (but Gold will be his protege), The mistys would be funny though...

Special Misty: Why dont you like being a Gym Leader?

Not to mention I don't think Pryce was a kidnapper in the Anime. XD;

Anime!Lance and Manga!Lance. Anyone figure out how that one turns out? Along with the other Elite Four. They only really had debuts, but Anime!Lorelei and Manga!Lorelei are almost two completely different people if you think about it.

@ Ruby: Yeah. =/ I like the Manga!Gym leaders and such WAY more than in the anime. Especially Misty. Manga!Misty > Anime!Misty for sure!
 
xD Slow day for the club.

We should discuss the roleplay again. I think some of the counterparts are so different, they aren't even really counter parts. :/
 
Thats true. The counterparts are more like Anti-counterparts like what BinaryPeaches said about MangaLorelei and Prima. They are supposed to be the same person, but they are very different. But they are interpretations of the game characters so they can be very different and be counterparts to each other because they are counterparts to a root character.
 
Oooh~ I agree with the idea of discussing the roleplay again~

Yeah. Manga!Lorelei and Anime!Lorelei (AKA Prima. >_> ) are almost nothing alike. I can't really say too much about the other elite four members though. Only reason I know about the different of those two is because I'm apping Anime/Game!Lorelei in the LJ roleplay. XD; Mainly because I don't want to make do with Evilmanga!Lorelei.

Anime!Brock and Manga!Brock aren't really too alike either. Especially with the fact that Anime!Brock is a perv who likes to flirt with every older women he sees. =_=
 
Yes, but sometimes the root character is so basic, that the interpretation becomes more of original character. Like in the case of Red/Ash. They both have personalities based on the first playable character of Red, Blue and Green, but the playable character doesn't speak at all, and is made to take on your personality, in a way.

Stop talking about the anime! I don't know anything about it. This is a PokeSpe club, for Magikarp's sake. I thought I was in a safe place here...but I was wrong. D< Just for the record, I despise the anime. It's for preschoolers. "Come on, Peekuhchew! Friendship can save the day!" Eeeew. Get a life, Ash. -.-

I agree Masa, I don't watch it either. xD; But, it's kind of necessary if we go with this plot for the roleplay.
(Of course, somebody could always suggest another one, if they like.)
