Red: I don't see him as a language-person, I can only imagine him speaking American English. But anyhow. German? Is a bit similar after all...
Green: Latin and Old Greek is perfect. Ancient and sophisticated. And besides that the British accent of course (it suits both Silver and Green :D) What is it with girls loving the British?
Blue: Italian so she can communicate with the maffia -shot-
Yellow: Latin to know all the names of the herbs and plants she uses <3
Gold: I imagine him talking with an Australian accent. Other than that: Spanish to impress the ladies. But failing miserably at it
Silver: Russian. Because he likes the climate. And his father has some friends there, s'pose. Cough.
Crystal: She probably speaks like twelve languages... >3
Ruby: French, since it's la langue de la mode.

Green: Chinese - my French teacher is also the Spanish teacher, and she even learned Japanese, but she found it impossible to learn Chinese, hence the perfect language for Green

Gold: Scottish (OK, not an accent, but still... <33 *loves Scottish accents*)
Silver: British (again... XD I do have a kid in my class with a pure British accent, though <3)

Idk, he was such an awesome villain...Again, I mainly am just hoping he comes back at this point. My main theory, if he comes back, would be that celebi saved him somehow...And now that you mention it, I'm not sure what happened to the feathers...
