How many pages did I read?? Let's just say that I read a lot.
My favorite character is Ruby (duh)
Um, my favorite pokemon from special is probably Mimi or Silver's Sneasel
Uhm, I'm not really that into shippings but my favorite one is Specialshipping. (And I hate Franticshipping with a burning passion XD)
My favorite arcs are the Gold/Silver/Crystal and Ruby/Sapphire arcs

What type of flower would each PokeSpecial member be?

Yellow would be a sunflower :3
Blue would be a blue rose, someone who looks pretty but also has hidden thorns.
Crystal would be an Iris~
Pearl would be one of those man-eating plant things ._.
Platina would be a water lily, it seems to suit her elegance.
Ruby would be a red rose, cause he's also got hidden thorns >D

What type of flower would each PokeSpecial member be?

Red: Narcissus. Because the actual Greek guy was oblivious to everything but his own reflection, so this reflects Red the most, only I don't think Red's in love with himself XD
Green: Daisy. They seem like smart flowers... XD
Blue: Hydrangea. If you know how and why hydrangeas change color (or if you read the annotations at the back of the first "Gentleman's Alliance" manga book), this'll probably make some sense.
Yellow: Black-eyed susan. I'm saving sunflower for a different character...

Gold: Rose. Because they represent love, but they also have thorns to show that love can hurt. As Gold's discovered so many times XD
Silver: Pointsettias. Because they're the same color as his hair XD
Crystal: Lilac. Idk why, it just sounds like a match.

Ruby: Lily. Lilies are rather pretty~
Sapphire: Dandelions or Clover Flowers. Because they're pretty wild. I suppose buttercups would fit into this too.
Emerald: Now, what's the shortest flower...? I'd say dragonsnaps.

Dia: Sunflower. Pretty much the only flower we take seeds from to eat.
Pearl: Tiger lily. Just another variation of the lily, plus I already gave Emerald dragonsnap.
Platinum: Violet. Because I said so DX

Hi guys. Its your neighborhood friendly co-owner with his one shot for Chamo's contest completed

The Festival​

Gold jumped out of bed instantly. It was finally here! He immediately hit the shower and washed up before getting ready for the big day. After dressing in his new clothes from his mom, he dashed downstairs from his room on the second story of Olivine City's Pokemon Center. He ran to the front desk.

"Nurse Joy!" he yelled at the top of his lungs, "Can I get my Pokémon back?"

Nurse Joy walked out of her office. She had the look of someone who was exasperated. The weary nurse looked as if she hadn't slept all night. The normal cheery demeanor she would exude was absent replaced with caffeine driven forced consciousness. She looked at him with a look that just read, "Don't yell at me. I will eat you."

"You can wait a few minutes. I've been up making sure all the trainers' Pokémon are ready for the competition. Your enthusiasm is not returned Mr. Gold," she stated ever so bluntly.

Joy walked away begrudgingly. Gold suddenly acted very cold and mechanical to keep her from going off on him. She grabbed his poke balls and slammed them down on the table. He picked them up and slowly walked towards the door he had just crossed the threshold when a voiced yelled after him.

"IT'S POLITE TO SAY THANK YOU!!!" yelled Nurse Joy.

Gold simply bolted. After a few miles of running, he reached the Seaside Market, an old open-air marketplace near the shores of the city. Down a few stalls he saw a familiar face. Crystal looked up and smiled when she saw her old friend looking back at her. He ran towards her, still exhausted from his previous run. The look on his face was one of excitement.

"Hiya, Chrissie!" said Gold.

"Please don't call me that Gold," responded Crys, "I really don't like it."

"All right then, Crystal. What are you doing here?" he asked.

"Oh! I came to watch you and Red battle and to pick up stuff like this," she said holding up a small figurine of Lugia and a custom poke ball.

The figure had Lugia posed with the waves riding up through its waves as if the ocean was reaching out to grab it. The pokeBall was blue with a green line running across it. Inside it was Mantinee, Crystal's Mantine. Gold was surprised. Normally his Mantine was the only one around, Crystals was normally in the lab being studied by Professor Oak.

"You brought Mantinee?" asked Gold, his surprise obvious.

"Uh, yeah. I'm releasing her back into the wild," she responded, "She's very depressed it seems. Anyways," Crys restored the poke ball back to her belt, "It can wait. I' really excited about the festival! I mean, it only happens every July!"

The festival to which she was referring to was the reason they were both here. The Battle Tower Festival was a yearly tradition in Olivine. The best trainers would compete in large exhibition matches. This year, Gold and Red were due to battle in the main arena as the opening event of the festival. For months both had been planning and training for this event. Now would be the day the world saw who was the greater trainer: Red of Pallet Town or Gold of New Bark.

"You know, we should really get going. It's almost time Crys!" said Gold excitedly.

Both of them hurried from the market to the entrance of the Battle Tower. As they began to cross the beach, Gold started wondering. Why did she buy a new poke ball for a Pokémon she was going to release? The logic was absent from this kind of thinking. That made Gold more suspicious.

"Crys, why did you buy that poke ball?" he asked curiously.

"I just felt that Mantinee deserved a good home while he was still with me," she said compassionately.

Gold was again surprised. She was normally the one hiding her feelings deep down. Now they were on the surface. His face must have given away a look of bewildered appearance, because she looked back concerned.

"What is it Gold?" she asked tenderly.

"You have me worried. You're wearing your emotions on your sleeves. What's going on?" he asked.

Crystal blushed and turned away. Gold suddenly felt bad. He had obviously embarrassed her. He put his arm around her.

"Hey," he started, "I'm here for you. What's going on?"

"I'm just… Gold…" she stuttered, "I kind of… wish that… that… you would be this way with me more."

Gold knew what she meant, but this wasn't the time to talk about it. Almost a thousand trainers were waiting to see him battle against Red in an hour. This talk would have to wait. At that moment they had reached the front gates to the Battle Tower and the construction in its courtyard. Gold turned and faced Crys.

"I have to get ready for my battle. Afterward, we'll sit on this beach and talk about it. I promise," he said staring into her eyes.

"Then this is for good luck," she responded.

At that moment she reached up and kissed him on the lips. When she had finished she looked longingly in his eyes and a small smile crossed her face. Then she saw the portly man in the distance.

"Scott's waiting for you," was all she said.

Gold slowly turned around and walked towards him. Scott greeted him with a smile and a list of rules. Gold wasn't listening. He was thinking of the beautiful girl he had left behind. The last thing he thought before entering the stadium was "This is for you Crystal."

Hmm.... Let's see....... This is kinda hard so I'll do the ones I can think of...
Yellow: Sunflower
Blue: Tulip
Silver: Johnny-Jump-Up <---- Those are the purple flowers that move during the night. I can Silver as one of those cuz he always is in a different location. He's always on the move!
Sapphire: I think she would prefer to be a weed........

You're not the person that enjoys battling, but rather helping them. You're nice to a lot of people, especially Pokemon.
