There is something that I massively don't understand:

Are the Elite4 (Lorelei, Bruno, Agatha, Lance) good or bad in Pokemon Special?

I think they used to be good, but became bad. :/ I think...

I got that book in Japanese...but I don't understand it very well.
But elite4 is trying to protect Pokemon from humans, aren't they?
What is their mission?
