lol, even those hong kong gaming magazines talk about games! Hong Kong People play sports on their PS2s and GCs and XBOXs! Well maybe Hong Kong-nese people play other things... They tend to play those Hong Kong produced games... Like... Little Fighter, and I-Cube World.
 
I guess it was a good remedy to his depression. He looks lively now.
 
i have a question.......

did the artist of pokemon special change at one point because on the main site the artwork looks really cool but on some pictures ive seen of some scenes it looks chibi-ish?
 
yep, I think it's Satoshi Yamata, who took over on vol 10
 
Yeah, MATO used to illustrate Special but was replaced by Satoshi Yamamoto after Volume 10. Everyone misses MATO's work...

Yeah I like Mato better. It maybe because Mato drew the characters first, than we compare Mato with Satoshi, but what if Satoshi drew before Mato? If it were like that we might even like Satoshi better. But Im still a Mato fan.

Any, can I join this club? Ive been going to pokespecialTK quite a lot lateley.

Actually, Pokespecial switching artists is a good transition. The reason was that when you used to read Pokemon Special, you were a kid and you admired the chibi art. So when you see Red back then, he really looks like a kid. But then when Yamamoto-san replaced MATO, it made the characters look older. So you actually see Red age. If you compare the latest Red drawing with the first Red drawing,there's a lot of difference between the two.
 
I like MATO's, I think its cuter, and it's more chibi/SD.
 
I like both of them but I prefer Mato's style. It's very nice and great. Anyway,very cute picture,Pudding. And thank you very much for wishing me a merry christmas. Merry Christmas too,Pudding!
