    Working On my Stall Sweeper team For The Eastern US Regional's.
    Anyone have any tips or Strategies they would like to Introduce me to?
    Also I am curious if anyone has an overabundance of TM's *cough* (Action Replay) that I might be able to get my hand's on?
    It would be really appreciated.

    Try out the Strateies and Movesets section for that - https://www.pokecommunity.com/forumdisplay.php?s=&daysprune=&f=197 There's sticky threads and guides and also other people's teams to look at as well to get a general idea of things.

    Try the trade section for getting TMs, and also note that AR'd items and other hacked things are banned from the forums... but don't worry, sure there's plenty of legit TMs you can get instead. =P
