[Other] Pokemon Starter help

I used Advance starter in order to change the starters available for my hack of Fire Red. I am new at this and would like some help. The problem is, during a test after using the software, after choosing the starter, the rival chooses the exact same Pokemon as you do. I was wondering how to fix this and if there is another software I need to use to fix it.

You need to change Rivals pokemons too.
Example: If your starters are:
-Bulbasaur
-Charmander
-Squirtle,
Rivals starters should be:
-Charmander
-Squirtle
-Bulbasaur

Or if you want advantage chage Rival's:
-Squirtle
-Bulbasaur
-Charmander
