Pokemon stuck in mud

What would the pokemon Charizard do if his feet got stuck in thick sticky mud? What would he do to try to get his feet free without using any fire moves? Be as detailed as possible if you can :)

Probably flap his wings comically for a few moments before overbalancing and falling headfirst into it.

It wouldn't affect it, charizard is a flying type :p

He would struggle for a bit, then remember he was flying type and suddenly the mud doesn't effect him any more.

Yeah never liked that part, I get it from a technical point, but I feel like if a piece of mud can touch Charizard, it would affect him. but yeah, he would just flap its way out of there :)

The dual-typing aspect of Charizard works chronologically. They start off as fire-type, and only then their flying type comes into play.

Presumably it would be faster as an alternative to using fire-moves (the efficacy of Flamethrower in clearing out garden obstacles or everyday chores is well-known), than reading Feuerbach, inventing Marxism, then further inventing Leninism and oppressing the peasantry. Or just slightly slower than re-inventing the wheel.
