Pokemon Sun and Moon the end?

So I watched a video about a crazy theory that Sun and Moon will be the end of the core lore of pokemon. It stated about different alchemy elements which leads to Sun and Moon being the end. And in the very end he uses a common quote on alchemy which says "It is finished when 7 become 1" referencing that the 7th generation of Pokemon will be last generation of pokemon in terms of the core game.
