is there a name for playing the card game, without any exclusions (by expansion) or any limitations other than the basic limitations of 4 of the same card/pokemon or anything like that?

Also, where do I find, people who play that way?

What about battling VIA webcam?

would anyone be interested?

Few people play Unlimited (the name for the format), I don't think, so I don't know where you'd be able to find people who play like that.

Most people who play online use Redshark, a program made to play the TCG on your computer and online.

Some might play like that. I don't. I think some old cards (before EX sets, generations 1 & 2) aren't compatible with the newest rules.
