My rules don't permit asking about this, since 1) People sell these, and 2) I don't wanna deal with complaints about people being given codes that don't work. That's something that's very likely to happen. Also, 3) it's a pretty gray area, legally speaking. The community can't afford to get into trouble because people are giving away booster codes and Nintendo or some card seller decides that they don't like that.
And are you absolutely certain about not being able to buy any of the boosters with codes in them near you? All 4 sets that are being printed right now should have one code in each booster, and they started being given away in every Black & White: Emerging Powers set when that was first released over a year ago. You should easily be able to find boosters with the codes in them. Maybe you're just not looking hard enough? The only other explanation would be that you're living in one of those countries not fortunate enough to have the codes printed with the boosters that get shipped to there.
