4th Gen pokemon team for HG/SS

    hi everyone.

    I'm new here, so sorry if this is in the wrong place >.<


    I currently have in my team:

    Charmeleon, marshstomp, lucario, dratini, metang.

    now obviously i need a 6th pokemon for my party, but i don't really know which to choose.

    I wanted a good range in type.... I'm not completely pokemon savvy or anything, so i just play the games for fun atm.

    i had snover as my 6th, but he has way too many weaknesses.

    anyone know anything that would go in my team, or have any advice?

    Hey, firstly I think this should have been posted in the HG/SS Help Thread but don't worry about it 'cos your new :D

    And secondly how about a Grass pokemon for your team? There's loads to choose from but here are some examples - Bellsprout (which is also a poison type), Exeggcute (also a psychic type), Hoppip (also a flying type).. just a few examples hope this is good advice for you :laugh:

    Might be something to think about, since i usually stay clear of grass and ice since the weaknesses.

    There's an even better place actually - the In Game Team help section here: https://www.pokecommunity.com/forumdisplay.php?s=&daysprune=&f=199 I suggest making a new thread there, and detailing a bit more as well (is this for beating the normal game and/or Red, are you going to trade for those Pokemon or just get them ingame and train later, or maybe is this team for the Battle Frontier, or something like that?).
