Um, it's X-Scissor, not Z-Scissor. Deciding between Empoleon and Kingdra is tough, but I'm an expert in team planning: Empoleon has 3 weaknesses (Electric, Ground and Fighting) compared to Kingdra who has only 1 weakness (Dragon) so for your Water-type member, I say Kingdra advantage and disadvantage wise.

Yeah, I'm contemplating replacing Galvantula and Crobat though. Crobat doesn't have great moves and Galvantula is the best of the bunch. And sorry for the X-Scissor thing
