Rockman: For a first roleplay, that's definitely pretty good. I have a few things to point out, and you are accepted. Does Takumi happen to have hair or eyes? These things are fairly important, as they usually lead to other people's initial reaction to your character. Also, what happened between Takumi starting his journey and getting his fourth badge? Were any gym leaders a particular challenge? You are not required to, but you might want to consider editing these things into your profile so other roleplayers can get a better mental image of your character.

Awesome. I like this new wave of RPs! Well, here we go...

Name: Aiolos "Quickfoot" Diotrephes

Age: 15

Gender: Male.

Appearance: Lean, tall, and muscular, he has a very admirable body. At 6'5", he towers over his friends. His hair is short and brown, like the mud. A little distance downward are his remarkable dark green foresty eyes. He always smiles. You can only see a portion of his neck, which is really stretched downward. His flat stomach and strong abs make up his upper body. With very strong arms and legs, the ladies come right by his side. Along with all of these amazing features, slim and tan is the teenage trainer.

From the tropical region of Hoenn, Aiolos usually wears a t-shirt or a no-sleever. It is usually orange or red, like the earth. Downward on his body, his legs are covered by mountain brown shorts. While excersizing, he wears a Mossdeep Academy Wailords sports uniform. The uniform is the colors of Dialga, and has two Wailords on the front. Though he normally wears casual, Aiolos goes way over the top with being formal. He wears dark colors, such as black and dark maroon, black for the shirt, dark maroon for the tie and pants. He wears excellent black shoes.

Personality: He has a boasting great body, which matches his personality. Aiolos shows off his body and brags about how great it is, which turns the ladies off. He also has needless grudges on the other team when he loses games or competitions This great body was gotten with much hard work. Aiolos is a very hard working and studious person. This causes him to be very tired and mean after finishing his day, causing him to have a bad relationship with his parents or travelmates. However, Aiolos is very sociable and likes talking and hanging out.

Biography: Aiolos has a rather interesting history. He was born in the middle of a desert in Hoenn because his original parents were awoken a little early, at 2 in the morning to give birth to their second baby. They had no clue where they were going because they were out partying all of last night because of Independence Day and got limited sleep. Instead of ending up at the hospital, the Diotrephes parents finished their journey in the desert. Then, Aiolos was born, right in the middle of the desert. Then, the parents fell asleep. Aiolos then tumbled around in the sand for a while ans tried to explore. An early morning hiker saw the baby, and was like, "Umm, yeah...There's an infant in the middle of a blasted desert! What the crud is up with that? OK, the police are going to do something about this.

Yes, the police did do something about it. The parents were arrested and Aiolos was given to a family called the Vintek's. The Vintek family were 2 kids, both tweenage level, and two parents, both struggling level.

As you can imagine, Aiolos lived a great life. No, really now. Actually, his life stunk. The parents were focusing at Aiolos, and the tweenagers, Tom (9) and Anita (12) were constantly in their parents faces because they weren't getting as much attention. Little Aiolos was being exposed to swearing early in life.

Life got a little better as it progressed. There was more equal attention on everyone. Mrs. Vintek got promoted to VP of Houses and More, a real estate company. Mr. Vintek got a job as the teacher of Science of Battling, Levels 1-4, at Mossdeep Pokemon Academy. Anita left for a journey and Tom was a good student in school. Various babysitters were hired for Aiolos.

Then, when Aiolos turned 5, he started school. That was the same exact time that his mom got denoted and his dad got booted out because there was a new, young teacher, ready to take his place. Also, Tom started his journey.

Aiolos was a good student. In social situations, however, he made many enemies, and fast, after bragging about what a great kid he was. The first year student, though, did make one friend, who has been his friend for life. His name was Rio Cleaver. He was a friendly, sports minded, and daring kid. Both got great grades.

Outside of school, things continued to go wrong, however. Mrs, Vintek got fired. The parents got into a fight. It was about why they got fired from their jobs. A lot of cursing went on. After, Aiolos went into a period of depression. His parents got divorced about when he was ready to accept the bad relationship. Mr. Vintek stayed to live with Aiolos. Aiolos went really depressive. He was failing all his classes. He decided to cope, after a few months of depression, by going to the gym. He was playing basketball and dodgeball with his limited social circle.

When Aiolos turned 7, Anita, at the Age of 18, came home to celebrate her finish of 4th Place in the Kanto League. Both Mr. Carlos Vintek and Aiolos were very glad to see them. Mr. Vintek was even more glad to see the person with her, her boyfriend. His name was Ambroise Beaumont. He was an average height with long blonde hair, brown eyes, and a nice, athletic body. She and them were also celebrating their half-year anniversary. That was motivation for Carlos to get back together with Mrs. Regina Vintek. They did.

Life got better. Apparently, this year, Anita was taking a break from training. They were happy that she was staying. The grades of Aiolos improved. They weren't excelent, but they were fair. Regina got a job as a nurse, and Mr. Vintek became a teacher for Levels 1-5 of History.

Life peaked when Aiolos gained his eighth year. Aiolos discovered he was the top of his classes, with a 96 average. He also was voted "Best Body". He moved on, this year, to Class B1, class levels 2-4, which are medium to hard levels. Most kids his age only took up to level 3.

To celebrate, the family went on vacation at Mt. Chimney. In a nutshell, it was a weird vacation.

At Mount Chimney, the family was greeted by the view of the mountains. A couple of seconds later, another man was greeted by the same view. This guy, unbeknownst to them, was that hiker that saw him stranded in the desert. He was thinking, "This tall 8-year- old reminds me of someone, but who...?" Then, the family was greeted by the man. The man interrogated the family. They told him the name, and then he clearly remembered the situation from 8 years ago, but said nothing except, "Thank you, that is all I need to know. Good bye."

A day or so later, an eruption happened. It was a massive eruption. The family was tucked in bed. The hiker was coming up to warn the family. He saw the lava moving closer. The hiker moved quickly. The hiker went into the house, punched each person in the stomach, and...

I took your advice. Hope that's what you were looking for. If I need to expound more, just let me know. Thanks for the compliment! I didn't include Rapidash in the battles because she hadn't joined the team yet.

Ah, hey, most children have hardly opened their eyes for the first time at that age, much less begun to crawl around. He would have to already be several months old. Also, his parents are idiots.

Name: Kirkiri Lithos (Nickname~ Kir)
Age: 13
Gender: Female
Appearance:
Kirkiri has long, black hair and almost teal colored eyes. She keeps her hair hanging down to the midsection of her back. She is almost always found wearing a Black Hoodie and Camo Jeans. The black hoodie has white thunderbolt markings going down the arms. When she isnt wearing the hood, she usually has a red and black baseball cap on. She always wears a necklace with a Thunder Stone attatched to it. She never takes the necklace off, no matter what the situation is.
Personality:
Kirkiri's personality can change quickly, making her unpredictable. Most of the time, she is hot-headed and stubborn, not listening to pretty much anybody. She is easy to anger, and when she wants to fight somebody, she wont stop following them until she gets to. She can be cold around those she doesnt like, which can get her into some pretty meaningless fights. Some people think of her as immature because of this, while others just try to keep their cool and ignore her. Despite the fact that some people try to ignore her, this almost never works, for she will keep on trying to annoy them until they do what she wants. On the flip side of her, she can actually be kind and loyal towards those she likes and thinks of as friends. Despite this, she is still easy to anger, and will still follow around those that she wishes to fight. When she has nothing to do, and nobody to fight, she usually either trains on trees or draws, and most of the time its drawing.
Biography:
Kirkiri was born in Canalave, but nothing exciting or important really happened until she got Gala when she was 7 years old. By then, Kir was already watching trainers compete and catch pokemon. When she wasnt doing that, she was playing with the pokemon that sometimes roamed around. Kir spent most of her time taking care of Gala's egg, and when it finally hatched, she was happy as ever when she saw it was a Shinx. Her and Gala were always getting into trouble, and they were either trying to steal food to feed the wild pokemon or they were actually trying to train. When Kir was 8, a wild Poochyena that she was trying to feed attacked her. Gala then saved her by using Tackle and pushing the Poochyena away, giving Kir just enough time to get away. When Gala came back from where he was fighting the Poochyena, he had been a Luxio. Kir loved him even more then, and decided that she would have Gala as her Pokemon when she became a trainer. Finally, at age 11, Kir became a trainer and chose Gala as her starter. They both trained hard until Gala finally evolved into a Luxray. Soon after this, they found a wounded Larvitar wandering around in the forest they had trained in. Kir and Gala had brought him to the Pokemon Center that was nearby, and waited until after he had healed to try and befriend him. It was soon after this that the Larvitar, now named Petra, had joined their team. Petra had loved to ride on Gala's back, so Kir decided that Petra would stay out of his Pokeball. After a few weeks, Kir saw a Staravia attempting to steal somebody's sandwich. It succeeded, and Kir immediately decided to catch it. After a quick Thunderbolt from Gala, the Staravia, now named Pteryga, became hers. The exact same day, after Pteryga had been caught, Kirkiri had decided to just wander around for a bit, and found a Buizel in the process. It was fighting an Absol that was trying to steal it's berries. Kir watched the fight, interested in seeing which one won. The Buizel had won, even after the beating it took. Kir was impressed, and had easily decided to try and capture it. After revealing herself, she had Gala enter the fray. Determined to win, the Buizel had attempted to use Water Gun on Gala, but failed miserably. Gala had easily taken down the Buizel with Thunder Fang, and the Buizel, now named Fyllo, was now Kir's. Kir is now 13, and recently recieved a letter saying to arrive at Snowpoint to meet the Champions and a few other selected trainers.



Poke'mon:

Name: Petra
Breed: Larvitar
Personality:
Brave and determined, Petra acts alot like his trainer, Kirkiri. He never gives up during a fight, no matter how bad the odds are. He rarely ever listens to anybody's commands, but he just acts this way to hide how strong his friendship with Kirkiri actually is.
Since when: Petra was found by Kirkiri when he was injured and wandering in a forest. Kirkiri had quickly befriended Petra after bringing him to the Pokemon Center, and caught him after they had a fair fight. Petra can now usually be found riding around on Gala's head or back.

Name: Gala
Breed: Luxray
Personality: Only one word can describe Gala. Hot-headed. He tends to get in fights with others easily, and in this way is alot like Kirkiri as well. The only other living beings he seems to get along well with are Kirkiri and Petra. He is very protective of Petra and Kirkiri, normally attacking anybody he doesnt trust who goes near the two. Despite this, he is very loyal towards Kirkiri, and will do almost anything she tells him to.
Since when: Gala was given to Kirkiri as an egg when she was only 7. Gala hatched when she was 8, and grew up with her the rest of the way through. After protecting Kirkiri from a wild Poochyena, he evolved into a Luxio. Once Kirkiri became a trainer around age 11, he had already began training. Kirkiri chose him to be her first pokemon rather then getting a starter pokemon like most trainers. After many battles, he evolved into a Luxray. Now, he is usually found with Kirkiri, most of the time with Petra on his head or back.

Name: Pteryga
Breed: Staravia
Personality: Quiet and timid, Pteryga is almost never in fights due to her personality. Normally, she only helps Kirkiri track things down by air. Pteryga always seems to be skilled at tracking down food, and pinpointing its exact location.
Since when: Pteryga was caught while she was trying to steal somebody's sandwich. Kirkiri still thinks that this is why Pteryga is so good at tracking down food.

Name: Fyllo
Breed: Buizel
Personality: Fyllo is gentle and friendly when he is around other pokemon. He tends to walk up to almost any pokemon to try and be friends, even if it's ten times bigger then him. However, when there's an enemy, his personality goes out of whack. He can turn aggressive and hot-headed within a matter of seconds, and if he isnt given some time to cool off after a fight, he will attack even those that are weaker then him.
Since when: Kirkiri caught Fyllo after seeing him take down a wild Absol that was trying to steal his berries. Kirkiri was impressed by this, and literally challenged Fyllo. Kirkiri won, and ended up catching him in the end. Kirkiri is still impressed by how Fyllo took down the wild Absol.

Interesting Fact:
Kirkiri Lithos is a greek name, and means "Teal Gemstone".



Note that "Kir" is pronounced like "Cur" xP

Also, Gala and Petra always stay out of their Pokeballs.

Oh, and, she hasnt beaten any gyms yet xP

Name: Molly Jules, 5 badges (Johto)

Age: Sixteen

Gender: Female

Appearance: Molly is of average height for a teenager and of medium build. She has dark brown shoulder length hair with a side fringe that nearly covers her left eye. Her eyes are blue/green in colour and she has a olive skin tone due to the excessive amount of time spent outdoors. For travelling, Molly wears her favourite dark blue singlet top which hangs slightly off her frame, paired with black shorts which cut off just above her knees. She bought herself a good quality pair of hiking boots for travelling. Molly also has a grey hooded zip up jumper she frequently wears and uses a black coloured backpack for her travels.

Personality: Molly is a good natured person with good intentions. She wants to help others as much as she can but somehow, her 'helping' turns situations into big messes. This is mainly because she is a very clumsy person. Molly has a small temper, edged on by constant bickering with her brothers when she was growing up. Her temper gets her into sticky situations sometimes, but for the majority of the time, Molly has it under control. She is very determined which gave her a good lead in starting Pokemon training. She is calm in hectic situations but is usually never able to think on the spot and get herself and her Pokemon out of any of the situations.

Biography: Molly grew up on the shores of Cianwood City in Johto, visiting the various neighbouring atolls with her three brothers and her mother's various water Pokemon. Growing up surrounded by water Pokemon, Molly now has a love of and appreciation for the type.
Molly was homeschooled up until the age of eleven, when she received her first Pokemon. She then followed in the footsteps of her eldest brother and began Pokemon training, at first just around Cianwood city and then across the sea on the mainland.
She took the gym challenge, gaining five of the eight badges needed to qualify for the league but made the hasty discision to stay in view of the bright lights of Goldenrod city. Molly aquired a job as a city guide, something which suits her quite well. Four days a week, Molly ferries tourists around the city and up through National park. On the days Molly doesn't work, she trains her Pokemon, making sure her team mates are keeping their tip top condition just incase. This training proved useful to her the day she received the fate induced letter. Molly half didn't believe it and thought it must have been a joke but tried to accept that just maybe, after all these years of hard work, she would finally be able to step into the spotlight.

Pokemon:

Name: Sticky
Breed: Wooper
Personality: Sticky is a outgoing Pokemon, always walking up to strangers and very much interested in other people and their Pokemon. Sticky is always talking, even when he has no one to talk to.
Since when: Sticky was Molly's first Pokemon, given to her as a present from her family. Sticky refuses to evolve as he's quite afraid of change.

Name: Avra
Breed: Flaaffy
Personality: Avra is a quiet Pokemon who is very shy. Sparks 'sizzle' around her body when she's nervous. Avra is able to hold herself in battle despite her flaws. With more training Molly hopes to help Avra overcome these flaws.
Since when: Molly caught Avra as a Mareep, the second Pokemon to join her team. Avra was a happy Pokemon as a Mareep, then evolving fairly quickly, a shy, quiet and nervous persona overtook Avra's happy and laidback personality.

Name: Raze
Breed: Skarmory
Personality: Raze is a bad tempered, chaos causing Pokemon. He believes Molly does not know how to handle and properly train him to his full potential.
Since when: Despite these feelings towards his trainer, he does have some respect for her as Molly was the one to help bring him back to health after Raze severly damaged his wing in a territorial fight with another Skarmory.

Interesting Fact: Molly won a surfing competition when she was twelve years of age that required her to ride the waves with a Pokemon on the board. Her partner was ofcourse Sticky.

Appearance: 6'0 Ft tall, Slim body, spiked dark blue hair, bright yellow eyes, light
skin. He has a flame shaped burn mark on his back from getting burned by Magmar from trying to protect his Shinx. Dark blue pants, light blue sneaker and a blue and yellow horizontal stripped shirt.

Personality: Many people considers Ken as a loner. He prefers to do things on his own. He can at times be cheerful but only once in a blue moon. He's mostly in a bad mood. He dislikes most people for judging him. His only true friend are his Pokemon, mainly Luxray. He daydreams from time to time and doesn't pay attention to most people. He generally stays away from crowds.

Biography: Ken grew up in Sunyshore City with his only true friend Shinx. Kenneth has always taken care of no one but himself and his Pokemon. When he was younger he was ridiculed and made fun of because of how quiet he remained which causing him to get mad often. When his Shinx evolved into a Luxio after defeating a Magmar who burned him, he decided to go on a journey and become Sinnoh league champion. Sadly he failed after going into the final round of the league with his rival. Now he strides to be the best.

He wakes up one evening in his house in Sunyshore city, with a knock on his door. Groggily he gets up and answers the door. A mailman with a Pelipper on his shoulder greeted Ken. He pulls a letter out of Pelipper mouth and hands it. The door slammed shut and kenneth throws himself on his couch and reads it. An excited look came across his face as he read. Luxray lifts it's head up and stares at the letter in his hand.

As quick as he can, he gets up an begins packing. Gathering his Pokeballs and a few spare clothes Kenneth rushes. Finally after he was done woke up his Luxray who was taking a nap and started to travel to Snowpoint City to begin his new journey...

Personality: Caring and loving. Very protective of Kenneth and worries about him all the time. She keeps out of her Pokeball to ensure he's is safe. She likes to lay by his side on warm evenings and gets extremely powerful whenever something happens to her trainer. She treats Kenneth like her child.
Met at: As a lonely Shinx, it wandered the streets of Sunyshore City and came across Kenneth after he was beaten up. She has protected him since then.

Pokemon: Weavile
Gender: Female
Personality: Jolly and immature. Weavile loves to have fun and often makes Kenneth smile which is rare. Loves to battle and is realy quick. Also loves pranking other Pokemon it comes into contact with.
Met at: Met when it was a Sneasel. Was caught near Snowpoint City so Kenneth could compete with Candice in the gym. It proved to be a challenge to capture due to it's speed and also helped him win against Candice.

Pokemon: Gallade
Gender: Male
Personality: Brave and determined. He never lost a fight, no matter how tough the opponent was. He wrestles with Kenneth alot, but all in the name of fun. He is best friends with his trainer almost brother like.
Met at: Was caught at Jubilife City as a Ralts, and quickly evolved into Kirlia the same day. Then into a Gallade the following week. Pokemon: Skuntank
Gender: Male
Personality: Lazy and relaxed. Mostly sleeps through the day, but when it comes to battles it's wide awake and ready to fight. Unlike most Skuntank it doesn't release it's smell until Kenneth orders him to. Only on one occasion has Skuntank had to unleash it's horrible stench.
Met at: Route 225 Kenneth caught Skuntank while it was sleeping.

Interesting Fact: Kenneth's eyes closely resembles a Luxio's. When fueled by passion of battles Kenneth's battle style changes dramatically thus why no one can anticipate his moves.
 
Yes, Cloud Strife, you can join... but I'd like you to add some things to your profile. First, on the appearance, none of it is in sentences. Paragraphs have sentences, and the picky little fishy that I am likes paragraphs a lot. Hint, hint. Second, there are huge gaps in your biography. When he was little he was bullied because he was quiet...but why would this cause him to be a target? What was his family life like? Why did he start his journey? How does his personality play along with this? The other huge gap is his entire Pokemon journey. Kind of important? If you would add some of that in, it would be fantastic. You're pending.

Throughout his journey he faced any obstacles, and a few inner demons of his past. Along the way Ken has met a lot of interesting Pokemon and befriended a few. Such as Turtwig, Ralts, Sneasel, and Stunky. As he grew stronger bonds with his Pokemon they evolved into their final stage in due time. Soon after a few months of lost battles and great victories, he defeated all of the Sinnoh gym leaders, and entered the Sinnoh league, only to lose to the bully who abused him when he was younger. Suppressed memories off his childhood cause him to lose his train of thought thus losing his match and the championship.

After the final round of the league with his rival. Now he strides to be the best and redeem his self for his lost match...

Personality: Jolly and immature. Weavile loves to have fun and often makes Kenneth smile which is rare. Loves to battle and is realy quick. Also loves pranking other Pokemon it comes into contact with.
Met at: Met when it was a Sneasel. Was caught near Snowpoint City so Kenneth could compete with Candice in the gym. It proved to be a challenge to capture due to it's speed and also helped him win against Candice.

Gender: Male
Personality: Brave and determined. He never lost a fight, no matter how tough the opponent was. He wrestles with Kenneth alot, but all in the name of fun. He is best friends with his trainer almost brother like.
Met at: Was caught at Jubilife City as a Ralts, and quickly evolved into Kirlia the same day. Then into a Gallade the following week.

Pokemon: Skuntank
Gender: Male
Personality: Lazy and relaxed. Mostly sleeps through the day, but when it comes to battles it's wide awake and ready to fight. Unlike most Skuntank it doesn't release it's smell until Kenneth orders him to. Only on one occasion has Skuntank had to unleash it's horrible stench.
Met at: Route 225 Kenneth caught Skuntank while it was sleeping.

Gender: Male
Personality: Brave and ambitious. He's very leader like and takes control of Kenneth's team when his trainer not around. Mostly get's Weavile out of trouble and gets into fight with Gallade often.
Met at: Given to Ken by Prof. Rowan when he meet with Rowan in Twinleaf town.

Gender: N/A
Personality: Rash and Hot headed. Gets mad over the littlest things like; having his food stolen, no being being heard.
Met at: Eterna City. Rotom was found haunting the people of Eterna city and attacking travelers. When attacked by Rotom, Kenneth gave chase and fought the ghost Pokemon. After understanding how Rotom felt Ken offered to travel together.

Interesting Fact: Kenneth's eyes closely resembles a Luxio's. When fueled by passion of battles Kenneth's battle style changes dramatically thus why no one can anticipate his moves.

Pikakip, I posted an OOC thread, but it has yet to be mod-approved. If the thread-approval thread in the Lounge continues to be unchanged once we start the RP, I'll contact Alter Ego about it. Once we start the roleplay, if we still don't have an OOC thread, everyone will have to separate their posts by the tags IC: (for In-character) and OOC: (for out of character).When we get farther along in the roleplay, I still won't mind if you tell us you're leaving in an in-character post provided it has some in-character text.

Sorry if it kinda sucks, I'm new here and this is my 1st RP

Name: Your character's name. Ringo Johnson
Age: 14 (5 badges)
Gender:Male
Appearance: Ringo has deep black hair, green eyes and no real distinguishing features such as freckles or dimples. He keeps his hair mostly longer but doesn't have a real style so it is more of an uneven mess. He usually dresses in a basic T-shirt and shorts in the summer or in the Winter he wears a long sleeved shirt and a jacket or a T-shirt with a sweatshirt with a hood that he keeps on at all times.

Personality: He has a very dark personality. Even though he seems like a normal 14 year old, he is a shirker who dosn't care about anyone or anything and it or them dosn't care about him. The only seemingly bright part of his life is his pokemon which he seems to have a talent for. Some people who see him think he is normal but if you truely got to know him you would notice how dark he is. However, around the time of his 12th birthday he seemed to get lighter, but no one knew why.

Biography: His childhood isn't close to what you'd call a happy one. He was a neglected child who spent most of his life in solitude living in the shadow of his older brother. His closest thing to friends were the pokemon that he found on his windowsill. However one day, something happened that changed his life forever.

He awoke around midnight to a gurgle coming from the kitchen. He walked in and saw a blaze of fire appearing to be from a pokemon incinerating the entire kitchen and then, he recognized Blaziken as his brothers pokemon. After he recognized the pokemon, he notices that it isn't just incinerating the kitchen, it was burning his family to a crisp. However, Ringo was able to escape with a poke ball.

After that day, nothing in his life was the same. He was on the run from his home town of Oldale. Somehow, he got the hunch that his brother let him live for a reason. To kill him for revenge for what he did. so he used the poke ball to capture a Tailow and thus, his pokemon journey began. That was just 3 years ago now he has fivebadges of the Hoenn league.

The very first gym leader he fought was an exeptional challenge for him as his only pokemon was his Taillow, but he was able to accomplish it with a combination of Quick Attack and Steel Wing. The rest of his gym fights were standard, but none of them were more challenging than when he fought Roxanne. Then, one day he actually made a friend, and he had changed from that day on. Unfortunately, his friend had to go to the Johto Region with his parents after they had been friends for a year.

However, they said that eventually they would meet up again, so Ringo is looking forward to that day coming so he actually lightened up by the time he fought Norman and went back to Mauville when he got the letter inviting him to the Secret Cup.

Since when: When he went out to sea on a boat, Ringo captured the Tentacruel out of boredom.

Interesting Fact: Sometimes, when you look into Ringo's eyes it seems that he can see into your soul.
