Hey everyone this is my first fanfic and i'm very excited about it. You're welcome to express your opinion and offer criticism just don't be to mean...ok????
    Here we go......

    Pokemon: The Dark Era

    What you need to know
After beating the Sinnoh Elite Four, Ash Ketchum has returned to Pallet Town to have some relaxation time with his mom, Misty and Broock. He has been helping Professor Oak with his research and he has also befriended a very old man named Baltazar Jennings, who lives on Route 210 and who helped Ash on his way back home.

    Prologue
Since the beginning of time, there have always been different dimentions in this world. And every now and then, special people are born. They have the "abbility" to see these dimentions. And a certain amount of time ago, a woman lived. She had this gift, this abbility, and being part of the human world, she was curious of what else was out there. She felt attracted to one particular dimention...one where humans lived with some creatures named...Pokemon. And the woman desperately wanted to be there. So she studied, she researched the way to enter this dimention, spending most her life on it. She learned the way to control her energy, to use it to attack other people, and even steal the energy from others. Until one day she finally found the entrance to the Pokemon world. And her plan was very easy....to control this world and to use the Pokemon to attack the human world. She formed her own party of Pokemon, she found allies and little by little her power grew stronger. Until she was an enormous threat, too powerful to stop. She attacked the four major regions with her army, destroying everything and everyone around her. Even legendary Pokemon became her allies. Giratina, Rayquaza, Deoxys, Mewtwo and of course Darkrai joined her army, helping her destroy the once peaceful Pokemon world. Both humans and Pokemon died on this war, and although all the other legendary Pokemon attacked the woman and her army, it was useless. It was until a misterious man, wise and powerful found a way to stop the masacre. He played the Azure flute, summoning the powerful Pokemon Arceus. The woman and her now loyal Darkrai fought the Pokemon god on a fierce battle that destroyed most of the Pokemon world. And at the end, Arceus won, but in the battle the Azure flute was destroyed. The woman felt into a deep sleep and she was locked in a crystal prision along with her Pokemon, which were put back on their Pokeballs and placed on a metal chest. They were trapped in the Spirit World and the entrance to this horrible place, which was deep in Mt. Coronet, was locked. Soon, everything went back to the way it was and the legendary Pokemon went back to their hideaways. But with fear, because they know that if the woman ever woke up, she would fill the Pokemon world with darkness, and without the Azure flute to call Arceus, the woman would destroy everything and the world would be....hers.

    There were many spelling errors:

    Broock should be Brock

These two spelling errors are recurrent:
    dimentions- dimensions
    abbility- ability

If what happened in the prologue happened in the world of the canon then Mewtwo would not exist yet because he was created by Team Rocket after Ash started his journey.

Also, you keep changing from past tense to present tense. Keep it in one tense.

Sounds interesting, just watch your grammar and spelling and you should do fine.

Blade pointed out most of the spelling no-nos, so I'll pick up from there.

First off, let me get this straight - correct me if I'm wrong, I didn't understand this too well.

A woman - presumably from the universe where we are at this moment - finds a way into the Pokemon World. She notes its Pokemon, and makes an abrupt and unforeseen nosedive into insanity. She forms an army, and gets a bunch of Legendaries to follow her lead. Despite only having five (four?) Legendary allies, she defeats all the others. Some old guy who miraculously survived her rampage of total evil played an Azure Flute and got Arceus to come down and attempt to defeat the woman. He could only manage to make her fall asleep, despite being the creator of everything and its neightbor Joe, and shatters the Azure Flute. So the woman is sent to a sparkly prison in the Spirit World, which apparently has two entrances, and her extensive group of Pokemon (in their Pokeballs) are crammed in a little metal chest.

Despite the fact that being trapped in a little crystal prison that could wind up possibly blinding her, chances are this Villain-Sue is going to get out. Completely ignoring the fact that she is a human being and would only live about 75 years.

Do not treat this as flame or meanness - I'm just sort of cranky and tired right now, and the fanfic didn't click on being a good one on first impression. I'm simply being harsh.

[waits for author to say she has it all wrong and that she is being mean]

She is in fact human....just more intelligent than most people.
And she has only four legendaries on her team but remember that some legendaries like Kiogre are asleep and others like Manaphy or Celebi could not defeat Darkrai or Giratina. As for the Pokemon that were trapped in the chest, those were only her personal party of six.
Thanks for all your comments they'll help me with the story.

Interesting...I remember having an idea that was similar to this but I never got round to writing it :P Apart from a few slight grammar and spelling errors that have already been pointed out, you're doing pretty good. There are some things that don't holy make sense, as The Unchosen One said, but with my Oh-So-Dandy imagination, I'm just going to pretend that the crystal case you put her in can stop someone from aging and that the woman is actually a superhuman person and incredibly um...different.

She is in fact human....just more intelligent than most people.

Okay... so she's smart. I never questioned her intelligence - just her sanity, but that's not the same thing. It also doesn't answer how she survived being stranded in a diamond prison, and not dying from old age or going blind.
Unless this fic happened more recently and she carries around very heavy sunglasses. IDK.
And she has only four legendaries on her team but remember that some legendaries like Kiogre are asleep and others like Manaphy or Celebi could not defeat Darkrai or Giratina.
That still leaves a lot of legendaries - and Manaphy and Celebi could defeat Darkrai or Giratina (or at least team up).

As for the Pokemon that were trapped in the chest, those were only her personal party of six.
Okay. So what about her Legendaries and neverending army? Did they just disappear, or put out of action or something?

Thanks for all your comments they'll help me with the story.
No problem. ^^ This looks like it could be an interesting read, if you could make things a bit more clear.

Responses are in bold. :P Good luck with this!

    Chapter one
    The Letter

-"Good morning everyone here at Kanto. It's a lovely day and we have a lot of great news, but first let's go with Alice Keller. Alice tell us about the weather today....."
Ash turned off the radio and covered his face with a pillow. He stayed in his bed for a while but, since couldn't go back to his dreams, he sat on his bed. He yawned, scratched his head and got up. He took a quick shower and then got dressed. He could hear his mom talking to someone. He went down the stais and into the kitchen.
"Good morning honey" said his mother while she was serving some bacon and eggs in a plate.
"Good morning mom. Thanks for the breakfast"
"Oh don't worry dear. Pikachu is out there with Misty and Brock. So when you're done you go out there. I think Professor Oak is looking for you"
Ash ate his brakfast as fast as he could and then went out.
It was a beautiful day indeed. As he walked to Professor Oak's lab, Ash remembered his experience in Sinnoh. The people he met, the friends he left and all the adventures he had. He was reaching the entrance to the lab when he heard someone calling him.
"Ash! Wait!," Ash turned around and saw Misty and Brock running towards him. He waved at them.
"Hey!," Misty said as she slowed down. "Here you are....We thought you were already in the lab"
"Pikachu is in the forest with the rest of our Pokemon," said Brock. "So, why don't we go inside?"
The three stepped into the lab. Professor Oak was reading something in his desk and writing something on a notebook.
"Hey, I thought you had forgotten about me," said Professor Oak.
"Oh no!" said Ash as he walked towards the computer. "We are just a little late. So what are going to help you with?"
"Well actually today I just want you to watch and listen" said Professor Oak as he got up his chair and walked to his computer. "I have some very exciting news"
"Really?," said Misty as she sat in the chair Professor Oak had just left.
"Really, apparently Professor Birch has made an amazing discovery," said Professor Oak while he opened a file on his computer. "He told me yesterday that he may have found a new Pokemon living in Petalburg Woods!
"That's huge!" said Brock in a loud voice. "How....When??"
"Well, Professor Birch told me that he was doing some research in the woods when he saw this Pokemon he had never seen before and...."
"I'm so sorry to interrupt you Professor," said Ash's mom, who had just entered the lab. "But.....Ash, you have just received a letter. It's from Baltazar".
Ash got up with a jump and Misty and Brock did the same.
"From Baltazar? I'm sorry Professor but I have to go," yelled Ash as he, Misty and Brock ran to the door.
"Oh, it's ok I'll see you later boys!"
Ash was very excited. He had not received a letter from Baltazar for weeks. The old man had become one of Ash's best friends in a very short time. They met while Ash, Pikachu and Brock were on their way back home. They were in route 210 when it started to rain in a very strong way. Luckily they found Baltazar and he let them stay in his house. They chat all night and Ash found out what an interesting person the old man was. After that night,, Ash and Baltazar have remained in touch, communicating through letters. And now Ash finally had a letter from his old friend, after 4 weeks without any news from him. He entered his house and went to the small coffe table besides the phone. There it was. The letter he had been waiting for so long. The three sat down in the table and Ash ripped open the letter and read out loud.

    Dear Ash
I hope you Pikachu and Brock are fine. I'm sorry for the delay, but I've been quite busy. Right now I'm very worried. There's something happening here at Sinnoh and I'm afraid that these events could turn out to be very dangerous for everyone. Ash you are the only person I can trust and I really need your help. Please, I know it's very sudden and possibly you won't be able to do it but....can you come to Sinnoh? I really need your help and you are the only person I can think of. It's very important, when you get here I'll explain everything. If you can't come I'll understand. Don't worry.
    Baltazar

Ash finished reading and he looked at Misty and Brock. They both seemed to think the same thing he was thinking. What were those events Baltazar was talking about?

"So...what are we gonna do?," said Misty while she played with her hands.
"Well," said Ash looking at the ceiling. "It's very easy. We are have to go to Sinnoh"

Well, most of your mistakes are in the grammer way.

Some parts were confusing, like when he heard his mom. How would he of known if she was in the kitchen?

Edits in bold. the only problems you seem to be having are grammatical things, and the plot is moving along nicely besides that. Keep going!

    Chapter Two
    The Mysteries of Mt. Coronet

The next day Ash woke up very early. He ate some toast with orange juice and then went to meet with Brock and Misty. The three along with Pikachu had decided to go to Sinnoh to help Baltazar. At 11 o'clock the group said goodbye to Ash's mom and Professor Oak and left Pallet Town. They traveled to Vermilion City, where they took the 5 o'clock ship to the Sinnoh region.
"I'm very worried," said Misty as she sat down in the bed in their room. "I know I haven't met Baltazar, but...I just have a weird feeling about this."
"Don't worry Misty. It's probably nothing serious." said Brock while he looked out the window.
Ash remained quiet. He was also very worried, especially because of the letter. Pikachu looked at him while he ate a snack, Brock was still looking out the window and Misty had fallen asleep. None of them seem to even think about the possibility that Baltazar could be in danger. Ash tried to clear his head. "Tomorrow you'll see that everything is okay", thought Ash as he prepared the bed. "He's okay....he just wants help with something." He closed his eyes, tried to stop thinking about Baltazar and then, suddenly everything went dark.

The next day they arrived to Canalave City around 2 o'clock. They ate something and then, they traveled to Eterna City. They bought three bicycles in the Cycle Shop, and then they were on their way to Celestic Town.
"This reminds me....You still owe me a bicycle Ash," said Misty while they were in Route 211.
When they arrived to Celestic Town, they stopped for a quick snack and then they entered Route 210. They walked for around 10 minutes before they reached the house. It was just like Ash remembered it. Very old, with red ceiling and a big wooden wall. Ash felt a combination of fear and excitement. He ran to the door and opened it. An old man sitting in a chair by the fireplace turned around. He looked very tired, had a small gray beard and brown eyes.
"Ash, Brock, Pikachu....you...you came!". He stood up and ran to receive them.
"Baltazar!" yelled Ash as he hugged the old man. "Of course we came. I've missed you."
"So Ash let me introduce you to my granddaughter Melissa," said Baltazar as he looked to the corner of the house. A very pretty girl, with blonde hair and blue eyes stood up and came towards Ash. She seemed to be a teen.
"So good to finally meet you Ash," said Melissa giving Ash a kiss in the cheek.
"Hello Melissa. This is Brock. You remember him don't you Baltazar?," asked Ash to the old man.
"Of course, how can i forget you?," said Baltazar giving Brock a hug. But Brock seemed more interested in meeting Melissa, since he looked at her with his mouth opened.
"And this is Misty. She is one of my best friends, but she didn't come with me last time." Ash sat down while Misty hugged Baltazar.
"So Baltazar, why did you wanted us to come?, asked Brock, who was still looking at Melissa.
"Well sit down everyone. What I'm about to tell you is very, very important." Baltazar sat down in the chair besides the fireplace and closed his eyes. "The reason I asked you to come here is....well because...I have an enormous problem."
"Actually, we all have an enormous problem, since this affects us all," shouted Melissa, who was boiling some water in the kitchen.
"You're right Mel," said Baltazar opening his eyes.
"Tell us Baltazar," said Ash looking at his old friend. "Trust us"
"Ash, as you know there's a TV station in Jubilife City. Well, it's just been announced that the executives of the network are planning to make a documentary about Mt. Coronet."
"The Mysteries of Mt. Coronet," said Melissa while she sat on the table and prepared some tea for everyone. "That's how they're going to call it".
"So? I think it's very good that they fully explore Mt. Coronet," said Brock while he helped Melissa with the tea.
"I agree with Brock," said Misty while she looked at Ash a little confused. "I don't see how a documentary about Mt. Coronet can be bad for us."
"Misty there are some mysteries about Mt. Coronet that should never be revealed," said Baltazar. His face had changed. It was more serious, darker.
"What kind of mysteries Baltazar?," asked Ash looking at the old man.
"Ash, you just need to know that some places in Mt. Coronet should never be explored. And that's why I need your help. You are the only persons I can trust, and I need you to help with this."
"But....how? I don't understand Baltazar..." said Misty, who looked very worried.
Melissa stood up. "What my grandfather means is that...."
"I need you to go to Mt. Coronet and stop them. Don't let them shoot in Mt. Coronet. Or at least I need you to watch the entrance near Route 216." said Baltazar raising his voice.
"Why? What's happening," asked Ash looking at Baltazar and the at Melissa.
"Please Ash....don't make questions....just help me. Please! I'll explain everything to you later. The documentary is being shot tomorrow at 11 o'clock. Please Ash." Baltazar seemed very worried and anxious.
Ash looked at Misty and Brock. They seemed as confused as he was. But from the look on their faces, Ash could tell they were thinking the same thing he was thinking. He turned around, scratched Pikachu's head and then said:
    "Okay Baltazar....we'll do it."

    Chapter Three
    The Powerful Thunderbolt

Ash couldn't sleep that night. He kept thinking about Mt. Coronet. Why was Baltazar so worried about a documentary? There were a lot of questions in his head. But at the same time, Ash felt excited. He hadn't had an adventure in a lot of time. And, although it could be dangerous, he was still amazed with this surprising turn of events.
In the morning, they all woke up very early. Melissa prepared them pancakes and bacon. After the delicious breakfast, they left the house to go to Eterna City. They took Baltazar's car, and when they arrived to the city, they left it in the house of one of Baltazar's friends. After buying some supplies, they decided to separate. Baltazar and Brock would go to Jubilife City to talk to the executives of the station, while Ash, Misty and Melissa would take the bus to Snowpoint City and guard the entrance to Mt. Coronet near Route 216. Melissa and Misty made small talk in the bus, but Ash was still thinking. When they arrived to Snowpoint City, they decided to eat something at a small restaurant. When they finished, they immediatly head to Route 216. Although they were dressed in their warmest clothes, Ash was freezing. The Blizzard was too strong and the boy thought they weren't going to make it.
"We should stay as close as we can," shouted Melissa. "Ash grab my hand, and then grab Misty's hand."
"Pikachu, climb to my back," said Ash to his little friend, who obeyed immediatly.
    "Look," yelled Misty. "What's that?"
Ash looked in the same direction and he saw what seemed to be a huge helicopter.
"There," said Melissa smiling. "We should hurry."
The three ran to the helicopter as fast as they could. As they approached the place, Ash could see more things; a lot of people walking, lights, cameras, a huge trailer and a table with food. They stopped and Melissa pointes at something with her hand. The entrance to Mt. Coronet was right there.
"We have to stop them," said Melissa. "They can't go in there."
"But how?," asked Misty while she hugged herself. "Do you have any ideas?"
"We can hide the cameras....they can't shoot without cameras," suggested Melissa scratching her head.
"Or," Ash had just thought of something. "Look". He walked towards the huge trailer. There was a name in huge, black letters: Butch Williams.
"Butch Williams," said Melissa turning around to face Ash. "He's the explorer. He's the actor staring in the documentary."
"Right," said Ash. "Maybe we can talk to him. Try to convince him to not do the documentary."
"HEY! WHO THE HELL ARE YOU AND WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE???", shouted a voice behind him.
The three turned around and saw a huge guy with sun glasses and big muscles. He was obviously a security guard.
"Nothing, nothing," said Misty frightened grabbing Ash by the arm. "We were just looking around but now we're leaving."
She ran to the table with food, still holding Ash. Melissa ran behind them.
"I don't thing we'll be able to talk to him Ash," said Melissa putting her hands on her knees.
"Well...then we'll block the entrance to Mt. Coronet" said Ash sitting down in the snow.
"What?," said Misty in a loud voice, raising her hands. "And how are we going to do that?"
"Follow me." Ash crawled with Pikachu behind him. He slowly crossed through the snow. The entrance was very near. When they were close enough, Ash stood up and entered the mount. Misty and Melissa entered right behind him.
"So...now what?," asked Misty taking the snow off her legs.
"Well...Pikachu it's up to you now." Ash looked at Pikachu and he looked back. "I need you to these for me."
    Pikachu nodded and turned around.
"Do what? Ash what are you going to do?" asked Melissa looking worried.
    "Pikachu....THUNDERBOLT!" shouted Ash
Pikachu directed his attack to the ceiling. The whole mount moved and the rocks started to fall.
"RUN!," shouted Melissa as she ran away from the entrance.
Ash, Pikachu and Misty followed her. The boy turned around and saw the whole ceiling collapsing. The attack was certainly going to block the entrance. But, suddenly, Ash saw two guys running towards them. They managed to enter the mount before the rocks completely block the entrance.
"Come back here you little jerks," shouted the tallest of the two guys.
"Great," said Misty while they ran across Mt. Coronet. "Now what are we going to do?"
"Follow me," yelled Melissa turning around to the left. "I know a safe place around here."
They followed her as fast as they could. After a while they stopped near a small group of rocks.
"Did we loose them?" asked Misty sitting down in the floor.
"I think so," said Ash turning around. There was no sign of the two guys. "Do you know how to get out of here?" he asked Melissa.
"Yes...but where are the other two guys?"
"I think we lost them when we turned to the left. They went to the right." answered Misty, who was still breathing with difficulty.
"To...to...the right?" asked Melissa whit her eyes wide opened. Ash could see an expression of fear on her face.
"Yes to the right. Why? Melissa are you okay?" asked Misty standing up.
"No...I'm not." Melissa was looking to the floor, shaking.
"Why....what's wrong?" asked Ash holding her. "What's happening Mel?"
"They went to the one place they shouldn't go to....nobody should go there. We have to find them fast." shouted Melissa running back.
"Melissa wait!" Misty, Pikachu and Ash ran behind her, knowing that, if Melissa had gotten so worried about the guys turning right, then it meant there was something in there that was either very important....or very dangerous.

Just a comment from someone who just read this. Perhaps you should press "enter" twice when you start a new paragraph, the bulk of text makes my head spin. Also, maybe you should slow down a bit. You seem to have a chapter everyday, which is interesting because I said this to another person just a while ago, try writing longer chapters but every few days or even only every week.

    Chapter Four
    Awakening

Ash, Misty, Pikachu and Melissa ran for quite some time before they finally stopped. They still hadn't found the two guys, but they were too tired to keep running.
"Oh my god....we've been running for ages and there's no sign of those guys", said Misty while she sat on the floor.
Ash could see that Melissa was really worried. She kept walking from one side to the other, playing with her hands, and mumbling things to herself.
"Melissa are you okay?," asked Ash holding her hand.
"No I am not okay Ash," said Melissa with tears in her eyes. "We must find them Ash, we have to stop them before they wake....." Melissa stopped talking, as if she had already said too much.
"Before they what?," asked Misty standing up and walking towards them. "Melissa why are you so worried about these guys? I mean what harm can they make?"
"Please don't ask questions just help me fin...."
Suddenly Ash heard something in the distance. "Stop talking," ordered Ash. "Listen". The girls stopped talking and he heard it again. Voices. The two guys were close and they seemed to be arguing.
"They're close. Common!!" shouted Melissa as she started to run towards the voices. Ash, Misty and Pikachu followed her.

As they ran, Ash could hear the voices getting louder. Melissa started to run faster until Ash couldn't see her because of the darkness.
"Melissa wait!," shouted Misty. "Where is she?"
Ash kept running until he saw a shadow standing up. Melissa had stopped running and she was looking at a wall. As Ash approached her, everything became clearer. She wasn't staring at a wall, but at a cave.
"This isn't happening." said Melissa in a weak voice. "They found it"
"What?" asked Ash looking at the cave.
"What's in there...nobody should ever see it. This is what my grandfather feared. This place....here is where the most dangerous things are."
"Well whatever this place is, those two guys are in there." said Ash in a loud voice. "We have to go in there and found them."
"No! Don't go in there. I won't let you" yelled Melissa grabbing Ash by the arm.
"Melissa we have to. Otherwise we won't stop them from finding whatever it is you don't want them to find." said Misty holding Melissa's hand.
"Okay...it seem we don't have any other choice. But listen, this place is different. It doesn't make any sense." said Melissa.
"Pikachu and I aren't afraid, right Pikachu?" asked Ash to his friend.
    "Pika!"
    "Let's go and find them!"
The four walked into the cave. It was very dark and it seemed to be very deep.
"Stay close guys. As soon as we find them, we'll get the hell out of here." said Melissa grabbing Ash with one hand and Misty with the other.
As they walked, Ash could hear the voices getting louder and louder.
"We are getting closer. Listen, you may hear things that aren't real, or see things that aren't really there." warned Melissa and Ash could sense some fear in her voice.

Ash kept walking trying not to think of the dangers of that cave. As they got deeper into the cave, the boy started to feel a sensation of danger and coldness.
"There they are," said Misty pointing with her finger to the left. Ash looked to the place Misty was pointing at and he saw the two guys. They seemed very scared, walking very fast and yelling at each other.
    "Let's follow them," suggested Misty.
The four headed in the same direction as the two guys. Ash began to wonder how were they going to get the guys out of the cave.
"Maybe we could have a battle....you know, to get them out of here," said Ash.
"Look," said Misty. Ash turned around and he saw the two guys entering to some sort of shrine.
"No!", shouted Melissa as she ran to the shrine.
"Melissa, wait!" Ash and Misty ran behind her with Pikachu following them. Melissa stopped at the door and then turned around.
    "We are too late..."
Ash and Misty stopped at the same place. While Misty comforted Melissa, Ash got closer to the door. He could now hear the two guys perfectly.
"Where the hell are we?," asked the tallest of the two.
"Keep walking and stop asking stupid questions." ordered the other guy.
"Common...we have to follow them." said Ash to the two girls.
"Well, look at her," said Misty looking at Melissa, who was looking to the floor. "We can't leave her alone in here."
"Well then we'll carry her," said Ash.
"I can walk by myself," said Melissa. "But we have to stop them now!". She stood up and entered the shrine.

The two guys were still walking and they both looked around. Suddenly, they stopped and Ash, Melissa, Pikachu and Misty hid behind a rock.
"What the hell is that??" said one of the two guys.
Ash looked over the rock and saw something incredible. An enormous wall of crystal was there. And inside the wall, what seemed to be....a woman. Ash thought she was very pretty. She had long, black hair, and was wearing a black dress. In front of the wall was a rock made of crystal as well. Inside it was a chest.
"Hey look at that....she's one pretty girl ain't she" said one of the guys looking at the woman.
"Yeah she is....one pretty, pretty girl," said the other, laughing. "As a matter of fact why don't we get a closer look at her?"
"No!," said Melissa, but the guys had already made their MOVE.
"Go Ursaring!" shouted the tallest. A big Ursaring appeared "Hammer Arm!"
The Ursaring obeyed and attacked the wall. The whole cave collapsed and the crystal broke. A bug cloud of dust appeared in front of the wall.
"Oh no.....we failed" said Melissa. "We have to get out of here now. GO GO GO!, she screamed.
The two guys covered their faces with their arms. Ash turned around to see what had happened to the wall.
"Look" said Ash. The wall had shattered completely.
"Hey dude where's the chick?" asked one of the guys to the other.
Ash was wondering the same thing when he saw through the dust a shadow. As the dust began to fade, the shadow began to take form. It walked towards the two guys. The dust faded completely and Ash saw the woman standing up, looking around.
"At last," said the woman smiling. "After all this time trapped in there, I'm finally out"
She walked towards the crystal rock and raised her arm.
"Let's free you okay?" She closed her eyes and she touched the rock. Her hand started to glow and, suddenly, the rock shattered, just like the wall. The woman grabbed the chest and opened it.
"Get out my babies," she said and she let go of the chest. To Ash's surprise the chest did not fall. It stayed in the air. The woman raised her hands and six Pokeballs got out of the chest. She placed them on a belt she was wearing.
"Oh I almost forget it....I haven't thanked our rescuers have I?". She faces the guys, who were on the floor with their mouths opened.
"Thank you so much my friends," said the woman. "But I'm sorry this is the last thing you pathetic little idiots will see."
She raised her arms again and the guys started to float. The woman had a twisted smile in her face. The two guys started to scream as they moved desperately in the air. Misty was covering her eyes and Melissa looked at the scene with tears in hers. The two guys slowly stopped moving and, after a few seconds, the woman put her arms down and the guys started falling. When they reached the floor, Ash realized they were dead. The woman walked towards the entrance of the cave and Ash hid behind the rock again. When she reached the entrance, she took one of the Pokeballs and threw in to the ground. A huge Dragonite appeared and the woman catched the Pokeball.
"Dragonite, it's time to get out of here. Hyper Beam."
The Dragonite attacked the wall of Mt. Coronet and created a huge hole. The woman climbed to the back of her Pokemon and smiled.
"And now...let's go." The Dragonite opened its wings and went out the hole. Ash ran to the entrance, followed by Pikachu.
"What happened here?", asked Ash as he saw the Dragonite flying through the sky.
"Well Ash...it's very easy", said Melissa drying the tears off her eyes. "Allegra has awakened."

    Chapter Five
    Allegra

Brock and Baltazar hadn't received any news from Ash. They had not been able to talk to the executives of the documentary. They were walking in the streets of Jubilife City, when Baltazar stopped. Brock turned around and saw a lot of people around a T.V.
"And in other news, Mt. Coronet has suffered an attack. According to inside sources, the Mount received an attack from the inside and apparently it was caused by a Pokemon, possibly an electric-type. Our source also tell us that before the attack, 2 people from the staff were seen entering Mt. Coronet. The police officers are already investigating the cause of the attack and think that there may be more people inside besides the 2 members from the staff. The attack also forced the crew and cast of the documentary "The Mysteries of Mt. Coronet" to stop shooting until further notice. This has been Sookie Watson reporting from...."
Baltazar and Brock started walking again, both thinking about the recent turn of events.
"Do you think it was Ash? The one that attacked Mt. Coronet?" asked Brock considering the possibility that his friends may be in trouble.
"I don't think it was Ash, I know it was him." answered the old man, while he sat on a bench.
"Well I have to admit it wasn't the best solution, but at least they managed to stop the documentary right?"
"Yes, but if the police finds out that Ash, Misty and Melissa were responable for this, they would be in a great deal of trouble." said Baltazar looking worried.
"Well they must already be on their way back home, so we should go too," said Brock standing up and grabbing Baltazar by the arm. "Common Baltazar, let's hurry."

Ash couldn't believe what he had just seen. The Dragonite had already disappeared and, whoever she was, the woman was already out and she was surely up to no good. He turned around and saw Misty looking as confused as he did.
"We have to get out of here, as fast as we can. We need to go to my grandfather and tell him all about this." said Melissa taking a Pokeball out of her bag. "Go Salamence." she shouted and a huge Salamence appeared, and Ash saw he seemed very happy to be out of the Pokeball. "Common climb up and let's go," she said while she climbed into the back of her Pokemon. Misty followed, and Ash was the final one to climb, holding Pikachu ih his hands. "Salamence, go to grandpa Baltazar's house."
The Salamence spread it's winds and flew out of Mt. Coronet. Ash felt the wind blowing in his face and, suddenly, felt a huge sense of danger. He tightly grabbed Pikachu with one hand, and Misty with other and hoped that Salamence would hurry and that they arrived to Route 210 fast.

Brock and Baltazar arrived to the house around 6 o'clock. They entered and Brock went to the kitchen to prepare dinner and a cup of tea for Baltazar. The old man sat on a chair and stared at the fireplace. Brock was cutting some vegetables when Baltazar called him from the other room.
"Brock could you please take out the trash," he said, and Brock noticed a mysterious look on the man's face.
"Are you okay Baltazar," asked Brock approaching him.
"Yes, yes I'm all right. I just need you to go outside and take out the trash," repeated Baltazar, who was still staring at the fireplace.
"Okay, I'll do it," said Brock and went back to the kitchen. He took the trash and, after giving one last look at Baltazar, he opened the door and stepped outside.
The air was blowing strongly and the trees moved violently. Brock had never seen the weather like this before. He walked towards the trash cans, when the air started to blow even stronger. The trash cans fell and the leaves of the trees flew around, while Brock tried to cover his eyes from the dust. He looked to the sky and saw what seemed like a Pokemon preparing to land right in front of Baltazar's house. The Pokemon's winds were creating a mini tornado and Brock seeked refuge behind a tree. When the Pokemon finally landed, Brock saw that the Pokemon was in fact a Dragonite and on it's back, he saw a woman. Brock thought she was very beautiful, and he was preparing to go and introduce himself, when the woman stepped down from the Pokemon. She stared at a minute at the house, and then turned around and started talking to the Dragonite.
"Stay here. Nobody enters and if someone tries, attack them and kill them if you must."
The Dragonite nodded, and the woman walked towards the house. She opened the door and stepped inside. Brock realized that Baltazar was in the house and the Dragonite looked fiercely from one way to the other.
"I have to find a way to get closer to the house," he thought.
He slowly walked to the next tree and looked to the house.
"The best way to get close is going to the back part," he mumbled and walked to the nest tree. The Dragonite seemed totally ignorant from the fact Brock was there, so he continued. He was being very careful, trying not to step in any branch or to make any noise that would alert the Dragonite from his presence. He was close enough to the house, but there were no more trees. He prepared and ran as fast as he could to the house. He didn't hear any sound, so he realized the Dragonite had not heard him. He looked around, and saw a window near him. Slowly, Brock crawled towards it, and very carefully looked into the house. He saw Baltazar sitting in the same chair and the woman walking around the small living room.
"Well, time has not been kind to you, Baltazar. You look terrible," said the woman with a twisted and horrible smile on her face.
"But you look just as you did the last time I saw you my dear Allegra," said Baltazar in a calm voice.
"Yes I do. I spent a long time trapped in that....place. Fortunately for me, there's always one or two stupid guys that are just too curious. Unfortunately, those two guys took a long time to find me," said Allegra, and Brock couldn't help but feel a sense of fear.
"Allegra, I know you are not naive enough to believe you will triumph this time," Baltazar stood up and faced Allegra. "You don't stand a chance."
"Oh but I do, you pathetic old fool. In case you don't remember, let me refresh your mind," she spoke with a lot of security and in only one tone. She didn't raise her voice nor did she shout. She spoke in one hard and low tone. "The only reason I lost the last time was because You played that stupid instrument and called the almighty Arceus."
"But in our battle, the little flute was destroyed by accident. So now, there's no flute, there's no way to summon Arceus. And very soon there will be no more....You"
"Allegra, no matter what you do, what you say, how you act, you will not triumph. I can assure you that," responded Baltazar calmly while he drank from a cup that was on the table.
"Can you?" asked Allegra while she looked at Baltazar. "I think you can't" Suddenly the cup Baltazar was holding broke into a million pieces, spilling coffee all over the table.
"You haven't lost your touch have you Allegra? I must warn you...very soon we shall be alone no more."
"Why? Did you call the police?" she asked and made a mucking face. "Well by the time they arrive, if they ever do, I will be here no more. And You won't be here either. You, my dear Baltazar....shall be death."
Brock got petrified when he heard these last words. He looked at Allegra and saw her raising her hand and pointing at Baltazar.
"You will loose Allegra," said Baltazar smiling. "I'll see you soon."
Allegra smiled and her hand started to glow.
"Human energy is something amazing. Did you know I can manipulate my energy and steal the energy from others," she said with her hand still on the air and pointing at Baltazar. "Though I don't think you have a lot of energy to steal so...."
A huge light coming from Allegra's hand attacked Baltazar. Brock closed his eyes because the light was to bright. When he opened them again Allegra was standing in the same place. But Baltazar was gone.
The woman smiled and walked towards the door. Brock stayed there, looking through the window, unable to even move. She stepped outside and said something to her Dragonite. Brock tried to listen to what she was saying.
"....idiot. Now, we need to get some allies. I can't do anything without an army. Let's go Dragonite...to Kanto."
She climbed to the dragon and, before Brock could stand up, they were already flying through the skies.
He ran into the house and started to the place where Baltazar was standing. He fell on his knees and strated to cry, because he knew that Baltazar was gone and he would never come back.

    wow

wow!!! it's like really long haha but seems interesting so i'll read it soon...maybe weekend!!!

    Chapter Six
    The Proposal

Ash couldn't wait to arrive to Baltazar's house. He had been nervous for a very long time and, as they got closer to Route 210, his desperation started to grow. They had been flying for around 2 hours and they were all a little desperate. Ash looked down and finally saw Route 210.
"We are going to land okay?" shouted Melissa and both Ash and Misty nodded.
The Salamence started to slow down, and it slowly reached the floor. When the Pokemon reached the floor, Ash immediatly jumped off the Salamence and ran towards the house. The door was opened, which was very weird.
"Something's not right Pikachu," said Ash to his little friend, who nodded and jumped to his arm.
The boy ran to the door and entered the house. When he entered he saw Brock sitting on the floor. He was looking to the floor and his eyes had tears.
    "Brock what....what happened?
    "Baltazar. He....he is...."
"He's what?" asked Ash in a loud voice. "Where is he? What happened?"
Melissa and Misty ran into the house and they both seemed as worried as Ash.
"Melissa I'm very very sorry," said Brock standing up and drying the tears from his eyes.
"Why? Brock where's my grandfather?" asked Melissa in a worried voice.
    "Your grandfather....was killed. He's dead."
Ash couldn't believe what he'd just heard. He remained there, unable to say anything else. Misty covered her mouth with her hand and Melissa fell into the floor, crying.
"But how?" asked Misty moving her head from side to side. "What happened?"
"A woman came. She and Baltazar talked for a while. Baltazar seemed very calmed and....I think that somehow....that he knew what was going to happen." Brock spoke about it with a trembling voice, and on his face was a shadow of fear and pain.
Melissa cried in silence and Misty's eyes were completely filled with tears. Pikachu looked at Ash with a sad face, while he put his arms around the boy's neck. Nobody spoke in around 10 minutes, until Ash finally broke the silence.
    "A woman you said?
"Yes, a woman," answered Brock in a low voice.
"What did she looked like?" asked Ash again, looking at Brock.
"Well....she was tall, black hair. Very beautiful. She had a Dragonite."
Ash confirmed his suspects and then turned around to face Melissa.
"Listen Mel....it's about time that you tell us who is that woman."
She stood up, dried the tears off her eyes and then said:
    "Okay...I'll tell you everything."

She could feel the wind on her face. It felt so good to be out of that stupid prison. She had been there for a very long time, but now she was free. Free to do anything she wanted. And she had left an unfinished business the last time she was free. The Dragonite was flying very fast. She had trained her Pokemon to be the best of the best. And she had lost the last time because they called upon HIM. But now, there was no way to call him back. And she had everything to win.
She looked down and saw the place she was heading to.
"Dragonite, we are here." she said.
The dragon slowed down and slowly reached the floor. Allegra stepped down and walked towards the large building. They were at a canyon. "Good place to keep your headquarters a secret." she thought. She slowly walked to the door and stopped in front of it.
"Just like before. Nobody gets in or out okay?" she said to the dragon, who nodded and placed himself in front of the door.
Allegra opened the door and entered the building.
    "Who the hell are you?" shouted a guard. She simply looked at him, and he flew across the room and hit the wall. The other guards tried to fire something at her but she stopped them with a move from her hand. The guard seemed very scared and Allegra laughed at them. "Pathetic" she thought. She approached on of them and simply asked;
"Where's you boss. Who's the head of this whole thing?"
"On the top floor," he asked in a scared voice. "Please don't hurt me, please."
Allegra smiled and let him go. She walked towards the elevator and entered it. She pressed the button and patiently waited. When the elevator finally arrived, she stepped out of it. More guards appeared. This time, she used both hands to get rid of them. She walked and finally saw the guy she was looking for. He seemed confused, while he scratched a Persian's head.
"Who the hell are you and give me two reasons why I shouldn't kill you right this second," he said standing up and looking at her.
"Relax. First of all, you can't kill me, no matter how hard you try. Second of all, listen to me because this concerns you."
"And what might that be?" he asked sitting again.
"I'm here to make a proposal," said Allegra. "A union...between your organization and me."
    "I'm listening."
"I have a plan. But I can't do everything by myself. I need allies. I need to build...an army."
"And why would my organization be interested in working with you?" asked the man who was now walking towards her.
"Because, my dear Giovanni, my plan is very.....special and lucrative. But only for those who are with me. For those who aren't by my side well...."
"How did you know my name," asked Giovanni looking at her mysteriously.
"It's on your desk," responded Allegra, who stood up and started to walk around the office.
Giovanni walked behind her, and Allegra felt he was about to give in.
"So....what do you say Giovanni? Are you in or are you out?" asked Allegra
"I don't know. Tell me more about this marvelous plan of yours."
"I'll tell you everything you need to know when you need to know it. Right now you only need to know this: if you're not with me, you're against me, and like all my enemies, I will destroy you. But if you're by my side, you will....live. Trust me, you want to be with me. If you know what's good for you." Allegra turned around to face him and smiled. "Of course it will also benefit you. So?
Giovanni looked at her and turned around. He walked to his desk and wrote something in a paper. Then he walked towards her and shook her hand.
    "Okay. We have a deal."

    Chapter Seven
    Battle in the Forest

Ash couldn't believe what he had just heard. Melissa had told them everything they wanted to know and more. She had answered all their questions with a lot of patience and now she was just sitting there and waiting for someone else to say something. Misty and Brock were still processing all the info while Ash looked at Melissa unable to say something. After a few minutes of total silence, Brock finally spoke.
"So, this woman, Allegra....she's finally out, she wants to kill everyone and she will probably succeed because the Azure flute is gone. Am I right?"
"Yes, you are," said Melissa nodding.
"Well we have to do something," shouted Ash, standing up and making a fist. "We can't just stay here and cry. Baltazar may be gone but he didn't die for nothing. We have to find her and stop her."
"But how Ash," asked Misty in a weak voice. "We don't know where she is or where she's gonna go. We can't do anything right now."
"In the mean time we have to return to Kanto. We have to talk about this with Professor Oak," said Ash. He turned around and faced the window. They had been talking all night and the sun had now come out. He looked at the clock that was hanging in the kitchen wall. 6 o'clock. "The boat to Kanto leaves at 11 o'clock. That leaves us 5 hours to prepare for our trip."
"Can I come too?" asked Melissa.
"Of course," answered Ash and he walked to his room. He immediately strated packing.
At exactly 11 o'clock they got on the boat and at 3 they were at Kanto. The group ate something and then, they were on their way to Pallet Town.

Professor Oak wasn't on his lab. Ash's mother told them that he had went to the place Viridian forest used to be in to gather berries.
"We should wait for him in the lab," suggested Misty.
"No, this can't wait. We'll go and search for him," said Ash. He climbed on his bicycle and kissed his mother goodbye. They got to route 2 in around 20 minutes.
"He must be around here," said Ash looking around trying to found Professor Oak.
"There he is!" shouted Brock pointing south.
Professor Oak was sitting on the ground with his Pokedex. Ash ran towards him screaming his name.
"Ash, guys what are you doing here?"
Ash explained everything to him very fast, trying to leave behind the not so important details. When he finished, Professor Oak remained quiet for a while.
"Well Ash if what you tell me is true, Allegra must be searching for allies."
"Allies? Like the time before?" asked Misty looking afraid.
"Of course. She knows she can't do everything by herself. But the question is, who did she ask for help?" asked Melissa walking around.
"Well, whoever she went to for help must be....." Suddenly Professor Oak stopped talking. He turned around and looked to the south. "Someone is coming."
They all hid in the bushes and waited for the strangers to leave. But they didn't. Ash looked and saw the two of them. They were wearing a uniform that Ash had seen a lot of times before. A uniform he hated. The uniform that Jessie and James wore. Team Rocket. Ash tried to listen to what they were saying. "Whatever they're doing, it must be bad." he thought.
"So you take care of Oak. Bring him and I'll be watching the door. Make sure nobody enters." said one of them.
"And what if Oak doesn't want to come? asked the other.
"Then you Make him, but he has to return with us. Giovanni was very specific. Remember what he said to us. This woman Allegra wants him and all the other Professors."
Ash couldn't contain after hearing this and jumped out of the bushes.
"If you want him then you'll have to get through me first." he said looking at them with a lot of anger.
"Stay out of this brat or we'll take care of you too." said the first one.
"Why don't we have a battle and you'll see who takes care of who."
"Okay. A two vs two battle," said the second one. "Who's gonna help you jerk?"
"I will," said Melissa standing next to Ash. "Common Ash let's finish this."
The four prepared their Pokeballs. They would use two Pokemons each.
"Go Pineco," shouted the first one.
"Go Gallade," shouted the second one.
"Okay, let's go Eevee," shouted Melissa.
"It's your turn Grotle," shouted Ash.
The four Pokemon appeared and Ash focused on his rival, Gallade.
"Grotle Razor Leaf," ordered Ash and the leaves flew, but the Gallade avoided them.
"Gallade use Psycho Cut." The Gallade obeyed and attacked. Grotle got hit and fell on the floor.
Ash looked to the other side, where Melissa had defeated the Pineco with a powerful move from her Eevee. And now her rival had taken out a Probopass.
    Ash focused again and shouted:
"Grotle use Energy Ball," Grotle attacked and this time Gallade was not able to avoid it. "Great, now use tackle." Grotle ran towards the Gallade but the Pokemon was quick and jumped to the other side, where he used Psycho Cut again. Grotle jumped and avoided the attack.
"Gallade use Double Team," Gallade multiplied itself with Grotle in the middle.
"Grotle use Razor Leaf and attacked all of them."
The leaves started flying and attacked all the Gallades. But none of them was the real one. Suddenly one of them jumped and used Night Slash. Grotle was hit and fell on the ground.
"Grotle use tackle," shouted Ash and Grotle ran to the Gallade, who couldn't avoid the attack and flew all over the forest. It was obvious that he couldn't keep going. Ash celebrated and saw Melissa's battle. The Probopass was giving a hard fight, and the Eevee was already too tired. Melissa took him out and sent out her next Pokemon, another Eeveelutions: Vaporeon.

Meanwhile, his rival was taking out his second and final Pokemon. Ash waited and saw a Granbull. Before Ash could say anything the Granbull had already used Headbutt against Grotle and he had fallen to the floor unable to continue.
"Come back Grotle. You were amazing. Now it's time to end this. Go Pikachu!" His loyal friend jumped and the Granbull used Tackle, but Pikachu jumped.
"Thunderbolt Pikachu!" yelled Ash and his friend attacked, hitting the Granbull.
"Granbull, Ice Fang," shouted the rival and his Pokemon obeyed but Pikachu was too fast for him.
"Pikachu, Iron Tail." Pikachu hit Granbull who fell on the floor. "Great now finish him with a Volt Tackle." Pikachu's attack hit Granbull and he fell, completely knocked out. The same thing happened with Melissa, whose Vaporeon had just defeated the Probopass with Aurora Beam.
"Let's get out of here," shouted the first one but Ash was quicker.
"Pikachu Thunderbolt." The attack hit them and they fell, just like their Pokemon before. Ash ran towards them and took one of them by the clothes.
"What do you want Professor Oak," asked Ash with a loud voice.
"Giovanni ordered us to bring him back to headquarters," answered the guy with fear.
"Why? Why does Allegra want him? Answer!"
"We don't know, we just follow orders," answered the other guy holding his head.
Ash let them go and walked back to where the others were.
    "They don't know anything."
"Well at least we know something now," said Misty. "Allegra has found her allies."
Ash nodded and turned around to see the two guys. He realized then that Allegra had already crossed something off her list. Her army was half done.
"We need to prepare. Allegra must already be on the move," said Brock while they started to walk.
"And if she wanted me, it means that she also wanted all the other Professors." said Professor Oak.
"We need to warn Officer Jenny," said Ash worried. "Cause whatever Allegra is planning to do....she's going to it soon."
